After visiting a traditional doctor and being told to "rest and take Tylenol," I knew deep down my body needed more. Feels dried out and brittle. I asked for 3inches to be cut off and got 6inches and it wasn't layered like I asked. There's part that are longer and shorter in some area's. I had asked her more than once why I felt burning Ivie said "its normal to fill itchy." But I have chemical burns on my scalp. On top of that my shirt got bleached in the process. When I came home I cried because my once natural brunette hair is ruined and fried. Now I have to wait to get someone to fix the damage. Paying $200 shouldn't get me what looks like a crappy box dye someone did at home. I went to a salon to avoid this sort of situation. Don't ever get you hair dyed here!
