So good. Authentic food, great prices, and great service. Loved their bean and cheese burrito and the fact that they didn't bat a lash when I asked for it wet with half red sauce and half green sauce. Vibe is also super chill, it's a great place for eating delicious food and watching people wait in line for three sisters lol. Will 100% be back. read more

Jalisco Fairway - Wet Bean and Cheese Burrito W/Half Red Half Green Sauce - Mexican Near Me - Roseville, California

The two times we've been here, it's just been ok. Not impressed. Both times my friends and I have nearby and wanted to go somewhere close for lunch. Parking in this lot can be tricky during weekend brunch hours since Four Sisters Cafe is nearby. Spaces seem tight. This time I got the wet carne asada burrito. Got the pico de gallo on the side since it has a kick to it. So glad I did. Burrito was just ok. Not impressed. Lots of beans. Took home the majority of it to my husband who did not seem impressed either. I know it's not that great when a burrito just sits in our fridge for 2 days. Plus this location doesn't have jamaica (hibiscus) tea. When I go to a Mexican restaurant, I need them to have good food and Jamaica! At least this one has a salsa bar, though most of their sauces are spicy. With all the great establishments nearby, most likely won't be back to this one. I didn't even take any photos because it just wasn't that remarkable. read more

We've been coming to Jalisco Fairway for over four years, and it continues to deliver every time. The atmosphere truly reflects family values, welcoming, consistent, and positive. The owner is always present, smiling, and engaging with guests, which speaks volumes about the culture here. The food is fresh, flavorful, and served with care. This has become a regular spot for us, we're here several times a week. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and even better service. read more

Food was pretty good! I wasn't planning on eating here but it is next to where we were shopping. I got 4 of the mini tacos for $15.06 on 4/24/2025. The carnitas were perfection! I really enjoyed that protein compared to the other one I got. Service was great. They were very attentive and caring. Cashier came up to me after I ordered to clarify something about my order since I had asked questions about it with a different dish. Inside is nice and small with plenty of seating. Salsa and chip bar readily available. read more

Popular lunch spot. Shares parking lot with 4 Sisters cafe so you might have to park around back or close to the car wash. My 1st visit. Nice employees. Order at the cashier, pay, get a table # plaque and food gets delivered pretty darn quick. Food is run of the mill Mexican American both in selection and quality, nothing distinguishes. I had a combo plate with pork tamale and a chili relleno. Tamale masa was went and dense, almost like eating raw dough. Meat quantity inside was meager, close to nonexistent Chili relleno was marginally better. Refried beans are runny wet, spoon food not fork. Seasoned rice is okay. This is a $15 big saucy & starchy meal that is belly filling. Truthfully I liked the various salsas more than the composed plate of food. But even the tasty salsas were compromised by the tortilla chips that had an off putting aftertaste. Glad I came. Though in the future I'll investigate other Mexican restaurants in Roseville. read more

Our first experience here was alright. We found the food to be enjoyable. The Birria soup was very flavorful. It comes with a super spicy hot sauce on the side, with onions, cilantro, lime, and 4 tortillas. The crispy taco is very crunchy. It is not oily at all, or fried. The tres leches cake is enjoyable. We had a nice meal. There was something left out of our order but we got it resolved and they were responsive. We will try them again sometime. read more

Referred by a friend several months back. First time here, ordered a Carne Asada burrito to go. Get home, there's a sprinkle of Carne Asada. (literally, a sprinkle!) Two nights ago, I was craving a Carne Asada and Shrimp burrito. Hoping the first time was a fluke, thought we'd give this place another try. Get home, the Carne Asada is missing, it's a shrimp only burrito. The lady repeated our order back to us so not sure what happened there! My receipt even references "Steak" Although disappointed, hadn't eaten all day, I finished half the burrito. The worst part of all this, I was woken up at 2AM with really bad stomach pain urgently heading to the bathroom. I was definitely fighting some type of gastrointestinal illness because I even had the sweats. I hope this place is handling their shell fish properly because no one should feel how horrible I felt 2 nights ago!! read more

This place is dangerous! In that I now have a new favorite restaurant in the area. I'm from LA and finding authentic, delicious Mexican food has been hard to find here. My mom and I came here on a whim when trying to find a good brunch spot, and Four Sisters was super packed. This place was opening and it seemed tempting enough based on the pictures, so we decided to take a gamble and try it out. Oh my word it was so worth it! The staff was super friendly and helpful. They have a decent sized breakfast menu and a large daily menu. Best of all, the tortillas are handmade! We ordered chilaquiles with green sauce and caldo de res for breakfast, and took some burritos home for later. The caldo was super fresh and delicious, with good servings of meat. The portion wasn't so small you were still hungry, but big enough that you could finish it and feel satisfied. The chilaquiles were amazing! The rice and beans were perfect as well, not dry and old but fresh and soft and smooth. I wished for another stomach to eat more. They have a chips and salsa bar which was the cherry on top, because who doesn't love that?? They had a huge selection of salsas varying in flavor and heat, as well as limes, jalapeños, and pickled onions. It was delightful. I felt like I was at home without being in my pjs. The restaurant is cozy and friendly, nothing super fancy but that's not what I'm here for, I'm here for good food. The restaurant was very clean and organized and tons of space for our family to sit with a baby. This place will definitely be on our regular rotation and so excited we tried it! read more

I like to wait till I've tried a place three times to leave a review. This is "My fourth time" , Everything I've tried here has been great! (enchiladas, tacos, flautas salsa bar chips, nachos kids meals) Their salsa bar beats any I've seen in a 10-15 minute radius and is included. All Fresh even warm chips! The employees are always friendly and check on you when dining in. Clean plenty of seating. read more

First time here at Jalisco Fairways in Roseville. I feel like I've tried almost every taco place during my last few visits to the area. The restaurant was clean, the staff friendly, and the menu had a little something for everyone. You can't go wrong with fresh, delicious Mexican food. I ended up getting five tacos and a side of rice. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We will definitely be back. read more

I was told about this place last Tuesday while I was in Roseville. And it just so happen to be taco Tuesday! I pulled up and as soon as I walked in the door, staff was greeting me with smiles. There were a couple of families there enjoying the taco Tuesday special, which was by the way $2.99 for their street tacos. I had four tacos total, two Carne Asada and two Pollo tacos. The portion size of the tacos were great. The salsa bar was full and very appealing all different type of flavors and choices for your salsa and other amenities. Their chips bar had fresh chips and was full. I washed it down with an apple soda and for dessert had a churro. This place did not disappoint at all and they have other food items. I really wanna try their ceviche and enchiladas in the future. I don't live close to this place at all, but it's worth the 35 minute drive just for great food along with great service. read more

Tried Jalisco Fairway for the first time today, and boy are we glad we did! The food was amazing, authentic, perfectly seasoned with plenty of options for adding salsas, onions, jalapeños, and other sides to your dishes. The staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and friendly. We've been looking for an authentic Mexican eatery and we found it today! So happy we decided to try it. We had the caldo de rez and chilaquiles plate - absolutely amazing. The place was quiet even though there were plenty of patrons for breakfast. If you're looking for some mighty fine-tasting, authentic Mexican food, I'd definitely recommend this place. We even took some food to go for later! We will definitely be back. Bummer - we tore into our food so fast, we didn't take any pictures. Next time for sure! read more

It's a cool, clean spot with very friendly smiles from the staff. I had a fish taco and birria taco a la carte. Unfortunately, I thought my meats were over salted. My son agreed with his carne asada. Then I had some chips and it's the same issue. Aguas frescas were a plus. My daughter enjoyed her chicken quesadilla and my jalapenos were a nice touch. Definitely wanted to give more stars but just didn't find a dish to redeem it. read more

This place is off the hook! I can't believe I've driven past it and even visited the restaurant next door a thousand times and never tried it, until now, that is! I popped in for breakfast and had the most delicious Chilaquiles I've had in a long time. Their salsa bar is amazing with roasted jalapeños, habanero onions, salsa roja, salsa verde, salsa crema, limes, etc., etc. The service is amazing, too. So friendly and professional at the same time. I'm so happy I finally visited, but I'm also sad that I didn't visit sooner! Give this place a try, you'll be glad you did! read more

We really liked the delicious quesadillas and burritos we ordered. Fast and friendly service. Place is clean too.

Ordering was quick and easy. The chips tasted stale, though the salsa bar was good. I didn't care for the chicken chimichanga I ordered. While it appeared as a large portion, I found it to be overly filled with very salty refried beans and some cheese. I purposely searched for the couple of small cubes of chicken I did find as I thought possibly I had been given a bean and cheese only chimichanga. The online menu indicated "margaritas", which is misrepresented as that is not what's available. There were two cheap boxed wines to choose from, but beer selection was good. Unfortunately, this was our first and last visit as it missed the mark for us. read more

Just purchased 2 chicken burritos . One with guacamole and one with avacado. Well one of the burritos had no guacamole. Called jalisco on fairway and Maria was understanding and repeated the order and said the worker needsvto pay more attention to shat she wrote. She was professiobal and said it can be remade come back. Literally 10 min later my phone rang and a gentleman said"no! " we put guacamole on your burrito. Well, i said there was no guac in the burrito, iI dont need to lie about guac nor ambi going to argue. Just wont patronize such an unprofesdiobal establishment. Lesson learned: Check your food Beore you leave! read more

Great food ready quickly. We order from here almost every week. I get two meals from the Carne Asada.

Hidden gem amongst usual fast food chains along Fairway Drive. Actually this whole plaza is full of non chain restaurants at its amazing. But back to Jalisco now this place is intimate, awesomely clean and the salsa bar .. amazing with minimum 6 types of different salsas from mild to hot and all freshly made. The menu is extensive from variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner staples. I ordered the burrito plate which adds beans and rice (HUGE BURRITOS W/ Huge portions) $16.99 ish but totally worth it. Also mix Taco with all the fixings. You can tell this a well run restaurant with amazing staff and delicious Mexican foods galore. read more

Ok, confession. I do have to come here once a month at least for a delicious mexican meal. I've been going here maybe since they opened. I remember it wasn't very well known yet and I fell in love with the flavors and the cooks here do a fabulous job as well as the serving staff. I always get the same thing. Might be boring but when I love something I just crave it. Last time I added a crispy taco al pastor. OMG....I wasn't ready for how good that was. I now have another favorite. Unlike a lot of other places this place is consistent in what they serve. Every time I order a tostada it is the same. Doesn't matter if it was 3 years ago it is the same. I appreciate that. When you do something right you just don't change it. Not every restaurant can say that. Bravo, Jalisco Fairway! I'll be seeing you soon. read more

Ordered a chorizo burrito and a bacon burrito and they were delicious! Nicely seasoned, the eggs weren't dry and the cheese pull was a bonus. First time at Jalisco Fairway. I've been in Roseville for 6 years and have been on the hunt for decent authentic Mexican food. This place was great. I had a carnitas burrito and it was delicious. The salsa bar and warm chips were a plus . The restaurant was clean and service very good. I will definitely be back. My sister had the chili relleno plate and she very much enjoyed it. I'm not very big on Mexican food. And since it wasn't my turn to pick, we ended up here. I figured at least they had lengua as a meat choice so I'm good with that. I had the burrito bowl. Since the menu didn't have a description, I was expecting it to be literally a burrito with rice, beans and salsa but just in a bowl. But nope! It was prepared with sautéed onions, red and green bell peppers and topped with shredded lettuce and sour cream (which if I knew, would've asked for no sour cream). I was actually pleased with my food. It was very tasty. The Mexican rice was good. To my surprise, I even enjoyed the black beans as well. Though we didn't dine-in, the place seemed clean. The staff that helped me was super friendly! read more

We have been coming here for more than a decade, every time we visit family in Rocklin. Always AWESOME in every way. The food, the service, the prices, the variety, the family-friendly ambiance. The salsas are outstanding, be sure to load up when getting a carry out order. My favorites are the super burritos, the fish tacos and the quesadilla, which is a monster! read more

Beans were gross, chips were stale, one burrito was way too big it couldn't be wrapped, the other was thin and long. Both the quesadilla and flauta plates were soggy on the bottom from wet lettuce and the quesadilla tasted sour like the cheese went bad. All dishes were the most expensive we've seen in the area. This is one of the worst Mexican food places in the area we've had on DD. Would not recommend eating here. read more
