He then offered me another appointment for the same day at 2:30 with himself- two and a half hours after my original appointment. I declined. I work from home so I do have a flexible schedule. (If you don't, be warned about working with this company.) The wait is inconvenient and rude. But we all have cell phones! Their lack of communication is inexcusable. I also have to wonder: if they can't communicate and be on time for an *estimate*, how would they handle an actual $10,000+ job?
