His place is one of my favorites! It's far for me so I don't go a lot, but it's just such a fun time. The ambience is warm and inviting, and they always decorate for the holidays. They have lots of things going on during the week (run club, trivia), so there's always something special to do if you want. The staff are above-and-beyond nice and helpful, and the beer itself is fantastic! My favorite ever was their pumpkin pie.... I need to go back to see if they have it this season!

Solid beer in Falcon. SUPER friendly atmosphere. The staff is always great. They have occasional guest taps too. Food trucks are almost always available. There are also a couple of different food choices in the strip mall where you can get take out.

Great local establishment with excellent beers and a perfect environment to enjoy time with friends and family! Very friendly and welcoming staff. It's our neighborhood "Cheers"!

We only came here because it was near our airbnb. We were not thrilled with our beers. I got the Blonde Bombshell which was ok, but my husband ordered the IPA and it didn't smell or taste anything like an IPA. Was it the wrong pour? Was it just not a good IPA? We couldn't tell. The location is brand new and really nice though. They have different food trucks everyday, and out hosts said the bbq truck is excellent.

This is an awesome place. All the ladies are awesome but Sarah is my fav. Down to earth and looks after her customers with a sister's touch! The other ladies too. The beer is of course the highlight of Jak's. Everything I've tried (every single beer) is high quality and delicious! I have a great time every time I hang out here. I'm already excited about my next visit. Con: Seating and space is limited. But that won't stop me from hanging out here.

We were less then impressed with there drinks. We ordered 3 of the sampler platters and out of 4 people we found 4 drinks total we liked. None we even loved. I like the idea of the food trucks though

The beer is very good, but the service not so much. One person was trying to serve 30 people beer...ridiculous. Finally some help came in.

It's a nice place with a friendly atmosphere but a little "clicky" if you're not a regular. I know they do a lot for the community.

The owners have…read morebeen fixing it up and now they have more seating and they have added pool tables, an air hockey table, skee-ball and some arcades. They bill it as a family fun center. We have been twice since they move and I don't know, the space is dreary, dark and very spread out (over three rooms). They haven't moved all their taps over so their beer menu is limited, but that is fine except they expect you to go to the bar to see the beer menu - there isn't a paper list or QR code at the table - which I find annoying. Also, If I want to pick up my beer and walk a few steps to play skee-ball this seems to throw the wait staff off. So I guess they expect us to eat, pay and THEN play - whatever - just run a card and let me roam! Oh and bring dollars and change because they don't have a change machine (and the games have not been converted for credit cards) and the one time we saw a couple ask the waitress to make change her attitude told me not to ever do that again. Yikes. Food is super basic. We ordered pretzels and they were literally super pretzels you can get at the supermarket that were barely nuked to make them sort of warm (for almost $9). We stopped going to eat here a few years back when they served me a gray hot dog - so the food is not for me. Beer is very fruity and some are good. They do have a wide variety of domestics and imports. I really wanted to love this place and I am guessing many will, but for me it is dark, food is basic and the new games are nice, but I wish they were easier to get change and just wander and play.

Pueblo, CO - The Secret Gem Revealed…read more Hands down, the hidden treasure of Pueblo sits quietly on the west side of town -- Reservoir Brewing. I strolled in after a long day of convention chatter downtown, feeling like a city-slicker cowboy wandering into an old ghost town. I pulled up a seat at the bar, surrounded by locals swapping stories and laughs. Behind the bar was the owner himself, ready to give me the lowdown on the beers. He suggested their Revolution beer but warned me it didn't come out quite like usual. so they added mango. Being the adventurous type, I said, "Why not?" First sip... home run! Easily my favorite of the night. One beer turned into a few, and before I knew it, I was closing the place down, talking with locals and the owner like we'd known each other for years. It was so good I came back the very next day to finish the beer list and check out the food. And let me tell you; Lord have mercy..... the food matched the beer in greatness. Perfect beer food. I started with the spicy habanero cheese curds (fiery but addictive) and then went in for the kill: The Rachel Fully Loaded with turkey, pastrami, and bacon on marbled rye, with chips on the side. That sandwich didn't stand a chance. Every crumb vanished. Naturally, I enjoyed a flight and stocked up with a couple of growlers to go. (Flip Flamingo Rule #1: Always keep empty growlers in the car, just in case.) The owners also mentioned they're moving to a bigger location closer to the reservoir, hopefully in September. You'd better believe I'll be back for round two at the new spot. If you want the best all-around brewery in Pueblo --Beer Food Vibes , this is it. Drop in, order a pint, and tell 'em Flip sent ya!
