They're not very consistent with their work & had a few different girls do my hair. They will come up with some new excuses of extra charges or extra things they had to do to your hair. If you are the type of person that doesn't want to make a scene after receiving the amount of money that they are asking you to pay... Advice : 1. Always ask what's the price going to be after the plan is made on what they're going to do your hair. 2. If they ask or comment about doing something to your hair at all again ask what is going to be the price. 3. Doesn't hurt to tell them over phone or sitting with stylist, how you plan on only paying a certain amount & no more. 4. Ask them your options on if you're not satisfied with your hair. They'll probably offer to do it again, but if they do it again and you're still not happy they are not going to refund your money. If it's not a minor or small fix.
