Once this broker took my money they had zero interest in providing any service…read more At renewal time they were unable to answer basic questions about coverage or driver ratings. Today I needed to file a glass claim. The refused to help and referred me to the insurance company. I could have obtained insurance online and not involved a broker. In addition, when I renewed they did not provide insurance identification cards; I had to go directly to the insurance compsny for this as well. From my perspective the have not provided any service and have refused to provide service. Stay away, stay very far away.

STEER CLEAR from this company unless you want a huge loss not covered. I told Israel what I…read morewanted and they said you got it , made me feel great and happy like they're a great good company so when my building got robbed and damaged the building wasn't even covered . when we thought it was and that's what we originally told Israel nice and clear shame on us for not checking the paperwork and shame on us for believing A boy named Israel . this company is a joke . We asked for crop insurance they told us going to take three days it took 13 days for a quote we were in the middle of laps on our coverage and we got robbed on the 8 days after we requested insurance all our product was uninsured because they told us it's gonna take three days but really it took 13 days our product would've been covered if they did what they said they were going to do in three days or even 4 days or 5 days. but hey we thought our building property was still covered the building come to find out the buildings not even covered and that's what we originally asked for . He gave us general liability in case someone got hurt which we don't have employees . complete dropping the ball I'm gonna steer everyone I know around the cannabis business away from this company and Israel. And when I called Israel and told him I wanted to get it damages fixed he went along with it completely he didn't speak up because he was probably scared so he led me to believe it was still covered the building he even gave me the agents number to have her come and check out. I went back-and-forth why I'm not getting called back I finally got a hold of the agent and she said why am I calling her there's no claim there's nothing for her to do it makes no sense why Israel let me believe that the building was covered and said I shouldn't even be calling her and doesn't understand why Israel even sent me to her. This isn't over by any means with this company. What does boils down to I told Israel when I called him I want the building covered in case of a fire or someone runs your car through it. That's what I asked for. This seems like a bedroom company. And I'm gonna tell all my friends and family about my experience and ask them to go and leave reviews about this company because this is it right there playing with peoples livelihoods

I highly recommend Chris Hennion at Pacific Unity Insurance Solutions for all of your insurance…read moreneeds. I have had the pleasure of working with Chris for over a year now. I was originally began working with Chris when I changed my worker's compensation policy. I reached out to Chris to find the best carrier for the most affordable premium. I wanted to make sure my policy did not have any gaps or blind spots, but fit within my budget. Chris was able to find me a great policy that met my needs for my small business. Moreover, I was still being charged by my previous carrier even after canceling my former worker's compensation policy. Chris worked with me to receive a full refund from the other insurance carrier. This is a perfect example of Chris going above and beyond that you just don't see from other insurance agents nowadays. He is a consummate professional who educated me with my different options. He responds back to my questions in a timely manner, really seeks to understand my business and what I need and is reliable. He honors his promises, and I look forward to continuing to work with him. I will be referring all of my friends, family members and business contacts to Chris for their future insurance needs. Unprofessional and incompetent. We contacted our insurance "broker" last year by phone and email…read morerequesting a quote for an additional home purchase and never received a reply. Our existing policy is up for renewal and we contacted their office requesting information about our policy and payment options. Their staff responded sending us back to the 3rd party insurer and provided 1st payment installment fee without a breakdown of future payments-simply stating, "The monthly payments after that should decrease. A revised billing schedule has not been generated yet..." We contacted our primary residence insurance company and immediately received a quote over the phone, signed application, made 1st installment payment, and received payment receipt, detailed installment breakdown with actual figures, signed documents, and 15 minutes later - DONE! One phone call - ONE exceptional customer service representative, and someone who took time to listen and provide consumer immediate attention with results! Clearly this insurance brokerage firm can care less about their customers and is in the market of receiving their cut without any concern for customer care. If this is the insurance coverage we're receiving for simply trying to renew a policy - we'd hate to imagine what would occur if we had to file an actual insurance claim?!

I have had a great customer service with all of the agents that I had to do business with previously. So this visit, was no different. It actually was more so relieving since I was so stressed out about my policy. I recently had some fraudulent activity occur with another merchant, which was affecting my payment due for my auto/renters policy payment. Sarah, who is my Angel on earth calmed me down was super thorough, answered all my questions and provided detailed information for me regarding my policy. There was a gentleman there. I forgot his name, but he was just as helpful as well! This was my first time having an interaction with both of them, but once again, like I said the customer service in this officeover the years has been impeccable. If I could give that office more than five stars I would.
