I highly recommend Chris Hennion at Pacific Unity Insurance Solutions for all of your insurance needs. I have had the pleasure of working with Chris for over a year now. I was originally began working with Chris when I changed my worker's compensation policy. I reached out to Chris to find the best carrier for the most affordable premium. I wanted to make sure my policy did not have any gaps or blind spots, but fit within my budget. Chris was able to find me a great policy that met my needs for my small business. Moreover, I was still being charged by my previous carrier even after canceling my former worker's compensation policy. Chris worked with me to receive a full refund from the other insurance carrier. This is a perfect example of Chris going above and beyond that you just don't see from other insurance agents nowadays. He is a consummate professional who educated me with my different options. He responds back to my questions in a timely manner, really seeks to understand my business and what I need and is reliable. He honors his promises, and I look forward to continuing to work with him. I will be referring all of my friends, family members and business contacts to Chris for their future insurance needs. If you look want to work with someone who has high integrity, knowledge and treats you with respect, please contact Chris Hennion at Pacific Unity Insurance Solutions! read more

Unprofessional and incompetent. We contacted our insurance "broker" last year by phone and email requesting a quote for an additional home purchase and never received a reply. Our existing policy is up for renewal and we contacted their office requesting information about our policy and payment options. Their staff responded sending us back to the 3rd party insurer and provided 1st payment installment fee without a breakdown of future payments-simply stating, "The monthly payments after that should decrease. A revised billing schedule has not been generated yet..." We contacted our primary residence insurance company and immediately received a quote over the phone, signed application, made 1st installment payment, and received payment receipt, detailed installment breakdown with actual figures, signed documents, and 15 minutes later - DONE! One phone call - ONE exceptional customer service representative, and someone who took time to listen and provide consumer immediate attention with results! Clearly this insurance brokerage firm can care less about their customers and is in the market of receiving their cut without any concern for customer care. If this is the insurance coverage we're receiving for simply trying to renew a policy - we'd hate to imagine what would occur if we had to file an actual insurance claim?! read more

If you're looking for an insurance agent, look no further. Their team is incredible and they always deliver. One time I was traveling and needed to provide proof of insurance to rent a car (seriously, who does that) and I didn't have the details with me. After a quick phone call, I had my documents in my inbox and was able to get my car and be on my way! It's great to have someone we trust looking out for us. read more

I have been a homeowner for over 20 years and I have never had such excellent service provided during the search for insurance and during a claim. Recently I had some water damage from a leaky pipe in my master bath. I was dreading the whole claim process, however, Alexis Daugherty at Pacific Unity handled it so quickly and professionally, the repairs were all done in record time. This was not just a patch job, there were several companies involved from mold inspectors, carpet installers, plumbers and contractors. I'm so impressed with the expert service, I highly recommend Pacific Unity for all insurance needs!! Thank you Pacific Unity! read more

Great service. Professional consultants. Definitely recommend to everyone looking for insurance.

Integrity. Service. Professionalism. Excellence. A few of the words I would use to describe the experience I've had with Zane and the team. By switching to pacific unity, my insurance bill was minimized while my coverage and level of customer service was drastically increased. Ive been taken care of and kept in the loop any time I've had a claim or one of my policies has come up for renewal. They know the insurance industry and they know business. If you have any doubt about choosing PU, save yourself the grief and go with them. They will find you the best insurance for your needs. Can't recommend them enough. read more

Mr. Chris Hennion at Pacific Unity has made my experience the best I have ever had! I never realized I could find a cheaper insurance let alone a better coverage! I was not even in the market for new insurance until Chris reached out. He made everything so simple and was very flexible with my crazy schedule of school and work. I would highly recommend Chris to everyone who has insurance. I honestly did not think this would be possible with my three car accidents. He would not take no for a answer and worked hard and we got it. Thank you so much Pacific Unity! read more

Pacific Unity is by far the best insurance company my husband and I have used. They are 100% customer focused, and we were able to get far superior insurance to our previous policies and at a lower cost. They provide an annual review of our policies to make sure we are still receiving the best features and rates. Mike Carroll is our agent, and we feel lucky to have found him-he is professional, knowledgeable and responsive. We highly recommend Pacific Unity, and Mike Carroll in particular. read more

This company is a third party outfit that finds various vendors for your policies -- in my case is appears that Kemper was the main insurer -- but if any questions arose I would have needed to go through the agent with Pacific Unity (PU). The agent and his "staff" were slow to respond to my calls or texts and to follow-up on questions to my proposed policies. They were touted as really great by a well known media person but my experience was that they were too quick to start my various policies since I had insurance and was simply trying to compare coverages and cost. PU wanted to bundle all of my policies all at once. As a result I had to cancel the policies that PU started prematurely and of course I was charged an entire year in advance. I asked for a refund but never got a response. Ultimately I had to dispute the charge on my VISA account. The agent never did respond to my concern with an answer -- only that he would have his "staff" look into it. I was charged a fee from my bank for all of the miscommunication. I do not recommend this company. read more

Zane and his staff have handled my business and personal policies for over 6 years now. They are on my side, prompt and helpful and they truly care. Zane makes personal visits to my home or office to start or renew policies. They answer emails and phone calls promptly and care about shopping your policies for the vest deal every year. I wouldn't change a thing! You can trust Zane and his staff to take the best care possible of you. We have garage keepers, general liability, business auto, personal auto, homeowners, etc and never had an issue with any type of policies that Zane couldn't handle right on the spot in a timely manor. Give them a shot and you won't be disappointed! read more

I give this company five stars! Living in El Dorado County, residents face many challenges trying to obtain fire insurance for a home. Several of my neighbors received the dreaded "non-renewal" notices from their insurance carriers, and we knew ours was coming, too. Based on a friend's recommendation, we reached out to Pacific Unity - and within 24 hours, we received a quote for our home that had the same coverage, but at much less cost than our current policy! Since then, I have referred several of my friends and neighbors to Pacific Unity, and they have had similar experiences. We are very satisfied customers. read more
