No one bothered to call before it got to the point of cancellation. I made it a point to call every year to ask them to shop my policies before renewal. Now I find out they most likely didn't. I took my car and motorcycle insurance elsewhere and saved hundreds of dollars per year, and on top of that I have more than triple the coverage. What a joke.
