She took the time to understand what we were actually trying to protect, listened to our concerns, explained the why behind our options, and made sure we always knew who to call when we needed help. What meant the most to us was her willingness to go the extra mile. She was patient, responsive, and genuinely caring. We always felt that our time, questions, and needs mattered when we spoke. We're truly grateful for the care Mindy gave us and continues to demonstrate . She made something complicated feel simple, personal, and reassuring.
