They will not take accountability for their mistakes they make and unprofessionally actually blame you...and lie to you. Communication is beyond horrible. Don't believe me read the other reviews or try calling them right now. When you do get someone to answer the phone they will tell you they will call you right back and this will go on for days and before you know it it's been weeks. They tell you that you're on queue from when you call and are on the list but they still never call back. My license has been suspended 5 times because of them. I have been told by multiple agencies and the state that it is the agencies responsibility to send in the paperwork but they have failed to do so causing my license to be suspended. I let it slide the first couple times I understand mistakes happen but this continued to be a repetitive problem. This and them failing to communicate, not answering phone calls and never calling back lead to overwhelming disappointment and frustration. They've lied to me and told me it's not there responsibility to send in the paperwork just to blame me. The last time I spoke with them, I'm not going to say her name but I absolutely couldn't believe our conversation. She insulted me and said "we always send in the paperwork, but you always get frustrated when you don't pay in time" not only did she contradict what the other person told me blaming me saying it was my responsibility to send in the paperwork but she even lied to me in that statement and tried blaming me once again. I have everything documented. I have receipts with dates that (THAT THEY SENT ME) saying I made my payments in time! But they always fail to send the paperwork in leading to my license being suspended and the frustration and headaches they give me. Cheap but definitely not worth the trouble they cause you or the way they treat you, the unprofessionalism, lying , gas lighting, lack of communication, etc. can definitely find another company with similar pricing to get the job done.
