I called a half dozen different companies when looking for the right public adjuster to help with…read moremy home fire and water damage claim; a total loss scenerio. I asked a series of 14 questions to help make sure I chose the right company for the job. To which one adjuster commented that they had never been asked those kind of questions except from an attorney. A couple adjusters seemed off put that they didn't have the answers off hand, one seemed offended, and one other sounded suspicious like I had an alterior motive besides ensuring the most important situation of my life was properly handled. Adam of NW Claims Management beat out all the competition, answering my questions happily and thoroughly, better than anyone else had by a mile. Without Adam and his decades of experience, network of highly trained and accredited professionals, both legal and financial, our homeowners insurance would have "slam dunked" us, as was their intent, leaving us with nothing, high and dry, denying our claim. Thanks to Adam not only did that not happen but he got us the maximum possible amounts our policy allotted, quicker and with less hassle than I could have imagined. With a cheerful and sensitive attitude of professionalism Adam walked hand in hand with us thru the entire process, helping us feel hope and validation in what we felt was a hopeless situation. He went above and beyond in all aspects of his job duties, more than earning his reasonable percentage of our claim. Especially since without him we would have gotten nothing but heartache. Having Adam on your team will feel like you're working with a family member, or dear friend. One who cares genuinely about not just your claim, but about YOU, your family, and their mental and physical health, bringing you peace of mind when the cards are stacked against you. I had thought that help like one gets from NW Claim Management didn't exist any longer. I had all but lost my faith in humanity. But no longer. I know that there is help for those who desperately need it when it comes to insurance claims. Adam is the embodiment of that help. A true God-send, and a blessing. A real answer to our most desperate prayers in our greatest time of need. I had thought the insurance adjusters with our insurance company would have our best intrest in mind, working for us, to help our family in it's greatest time of need. Boy, was I wrong. They were only there to make the insurance company, a billion dollar name, more money by taking advantage of their clients ignorance and trust by mincing their words and finding reasons for their being at fault. Resulting in a denial of benefits and the destruction of their financial future as well as their contentment in life. But Adam, our private adjuster, was there, working for us to help our family in our darkest hour. He helped us not only get our deserved claim, but helped us renew our faith in humanity with his genuineness, professionalism, sensitivity, non judgemental attitude, politeness and confidence that we needed. Adam walked with us thru a brutal investigation all others told us we had no chance of winning. He went above and beyond in ways no one else would've done. No matter your need when it comes to dealing with insurance claims, when insurance companies are ghosting your calls and busting your balls, I am without a doubt absolutely positive that Adam with NW Claims Management is the one to call. (Insert catchy 90's theme music here) So when there's something weird in your insurance claim, who you gonna call? NW CLAIMS MANAGEMENT!!!

We asked him a ton of questions and had called several other companies about handling our claim and Adam by far outshines all others in claim handling and in his price for his help. Nothing up front. Only when you get paid does he get paid. He has a great team of legal help just a phone call away and is so experienced it's ridiculous. He knows all the laws and all your rights to help you in the best ways possible. I can't express just how much we appreciate Adam with NW Claims Management. Barry was initially great about calling me as soon as I submitted an online quote request, and after a few questions over the phone, he told me he'd follow up the following day with some potential quotes. He didn't follow up the next day when he said he would; he followed up the day afterward, and told me only one insurance company he worked with would insure my house due to my two prior claims, and he named a price and said that in order to move forward that I'd need him to come by to schedule an in-person visit. I asked a few follow-up questions, since his email didn't include any details about the carrier or the type of coverage included in the price he quoted. I also had questions about what he'd be looking for on his in-person visit. Barry's email response didn't include any answers or even acknowledge my questions--only sent me a link to schedule an in-person visit. I replied again, asking for some follow-up on my questions before scheduling a visit. In response, Barry emailed back and told me that "with the information given and the pictures of your home in the trees, your higher risk property we are not able to bind coverage on at this time." This directly contradicted his previous email quoting me coverage with all the same information I'd already given. I emailed a final time asking for further clarification on what he meant by "high risk home," so I could be aware of this as I continued shopping for insurance, and Barry never responded. This entire process felt incredibly unprofessional. Barry made me feel like I was doing something wrong by asking the most basic questions--even though the entire benefit of going through an insurance broker is that they're there to help answer questions and find you appropriate coverage. Would not recommend.

I figured it would be the next business day before I heard back. But he had it figured out after calling corporate in less than 2 hours. And I had a call back from him telling me the issue was resolved, that I would be getting a credit on my next bill for the mistake, and the amount I would be paying from here on out.
