The problem wasn't a simple one and needless to say, a pipe had froze up. The guys worked tirelessly to find the issue and even had to open up a wall to find a clean out that had been accidentally dry-walled over . They cleaned up and spent hours fixing the problem and they did it without breaking the bank. I would highly recommend Clint and his team to anyone. Just trying to arrange the time to make sure someone is available when technician comes. The receptionist who answered my call, was asking if someone would be available to make the payment. I was saying we were regular customers when work is done we will pay. She literally yelled and hung up on me, when my husband tried to talk she hung up on him. I called and spoke with manager he tried to defend her that she put us on hold. Which was not the case. If that was she could have asked to please hold. When you put someone on hold you will ask. In the meantime, we arranged with another heating company to look at the furnace and their receptionist cordially talk with my husband, arranged the time to go to site and the problem was fixed. They know who we are and didn't ask to pay on the spot. When their invoice is delivered, we will make the payment in due time. This morning October 29, their service man left a message on mine and my husband's phone to arrange time to go and fix the furnace. I told him that the furnace was fixed yesterday. i have four of issues: If the receptionist was too busy, she should have been given assistance. did she ask for? If the customer is telling the receptionist that she is a repeat customer, why would the receptionist insist on having someone on site to pay the bill on spot?; When the receptionist is overwhelmed with call, was she trained what to do? The manager didn't handle the complain professionally; He needs training how to handle complaints by any customer. He failed. Companies invest tons of money on advertising to attract clients. A company that is not caring for their repeat and reputable customer, I believe there's a problem! KB Heating and Plumbing owes us an apology should it cares to keep a repeat customer. Thank you.

He was trying to light it with a lighter instead of a longer BBQ lighter. I just told him I wanted the furnace working as it was before.. I immediately went down to KB and talked to Gerard,a manager of some sort. He wanted to send someone over to fix but I did not feel comfortable allowing them in the house again so I turned to a more reliable Hvac person to see what the problem was. So $283.00 to KB for the duct cleaning and another 866.00 to the other fellow to get the furnace running. I will never,ever recommend them. Another example of a Senior getting ripped off.

The First guy said it was such an easy fix he could have done on the spot but did not have the right tool on him. Two other guys show up and took it apart and was not able to put it back working. He broke our faucet and have the audacity to tell us to buy Mr.Rooter's own faucet. There was no accountability or nothing and said they cannot do anything about it. We didn't have kitchen sink water for 4 days until we have My Service Company install the new faucet we bought from Costco. My Service even told us about getting a replacement part through warranty. In short, please think twice before calling Mr.Rooter for repairing automatic/hands free faucet as they are not knowledgeable about it and cannot troubleshoot. This incident happened last July and I felt compelled to write a review so that potential customers are well informed.
