I had an emergency in my basement bathroom, so I called a few different plumbers…read more Clear Drain Plumbing was the only one who had a reasonable price, took initiative and showed up right away (even though I live quite a ways out from Lethbridge). Clint figured everything out, fixed the problem and even showed me how to save a few thousand dollars over what the other plumbers were trying to charge me. Wow what a good experience, he was on time, very honest and hard working. Saved me so much money and headaches. I will definitely use him again. If you are unsure of who to call, give Clear Drain a call, you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended!

I…read morecalled and talked to Clint and told him that it could probably wait until tomorrow but then the drain backed up. He quickly sent someone by to help me out. The problem wasn't a simple one and needless to say, a pipe had froze up. The guys worked tirelessly to find the issue and even had to open up a wall to find a clean out that had been accidentally dry-walled over . They cleaned up and spent hours fixing the problem and they did it without breaking the bank. I would highly recommend Clint and his team to anyone. Mine was a commercial business property, but I will be calling them next time I have a plumbing issue at home as well. Easy to talk to and professional.

We have them come to fix our automatic/hands free faucet as it was wiggly and not steady otherwise…read moreworking. The First guy said it was such an easy fix he could have done on the spot but did not have the right tool on him. Two other guys show up and took it apart and was not able to put it back working. He broke our faucet and have the audacity to tell us to buy Mr.Rooter's own faucet. There was no accountability or nothing and said they cannot do anything about it. We didn't have kitchen sink water for 4 days until we have My Service Company install the new faucet we bought from Costco. My Service even told us about getting a replacement part through warranty. In short, please think twice before calling Mr.Rooter for repairing automatic/hands free faucet as they are not knowledgeable about it and cannot troubleshoot. This incident happened last July and I felt compelled to write a review so that potential customers are well informed.

My contractor couldn't believe it! Didn't block the sewage drain overnight when installing a new toilet - the odour was obscene - my husband and I couldn't sleep most of the night because of it. And to top it off - Neudorf Plumbing overcharged on the bill by a couple thousand dollars in comparison to another plumbing company we'd used for our other house for relatively the same work. When I personally talked to the owner of Neudorf - he talked a lot but still had no interest in adjusting the bill. I ended up paying for all the wasted time/labour on a job that went sideways.
