He made us feel like he had everything under control and that he knew when to accommodate us and when he could use his knowledge to make sure everyone had a great time. In the pre-ceremony, he mixed it up between some pre-selected songs I chose and played some live. I am a musician, so many of our family and friends that were in attendance are all musicians and singers. They all immediately were drawn to his smooth voice and incredible playing. The ceremony went great and had minimal to no tech issues, the sound was clear, he helped us incorporate our musician friends to play a song during the ceremony. He played our First Dance song live, and absolutely knocked it out of the park! We did a small choreographed dance to Love Like This by Ben Rector. His voice was perfect, and I was able to send him an edited version of the song that matched with our dance. He played it flawlessly and the moment was special for my wife and I, and for our guests. During the dinner, he played an acoustic set consisting of covers of 90s-2000s R&B songs, which were a huge hit with us and our guests. He played with a loop pedal and was able to simulate a full band with just his guitar and voice! He had some moving and grooving, singing along during dinner, while others were still able to hold a conversation without distraction. I gave him many songs to include in the dance portion of the night. And while he included MANY of my suggestions, he also knew when to throw in some crowd favorites to keep the party going. The dance floor was PACKED all night, the transitions between each song where seamless, and it became a fun game for my and my friends to try and guess what song he was cueing up next! My wife and I loved every musical moment of the evening, and it was exactly what we dreamed of for that day. All of our guests loved the music, and were so impressed not just with his professionalism and on stage banter with the crowd, but his musicality and rich voice. I have worked as a wedding musician for a few years, and as a gigging musician and singer for much longer. I have always feared that I would spend my wedding day judging the Wedding Band/DJ because of my high standards for live music. Jonathan blew every single one of those expectations out of the water, and he was such a breath of fresh air during a stressful period of wedding planning. I cannot recommend Jonathan Blake Salazar any more for your wedding. He is a dream to work with, and will do an incredible job performing, Emceeing, and DJing your special day!

Overall, Edgar was an amazing asset to our wedding vision. If you're looking for a talented, engaging, and thoughtful violinist, I highly recommend him!

Beyond his presence, he is an extraordinarily talented musician. I asked him to play Vaseegara (a Tamil song) for my bridal entrance and to collaborate with our pianist (Nalu the Piano Man) for our first dance, and he executed both flawlessly. His performance of Vaseegara brought my family and friends from India to tears. We also gave him full control of the pre-ceremony and cocktail hour setlists after sharing our general music tastes, and he curated everything so beautifully. Weeks later, guests are still talking about how amazing he was. Truly, hiring Ron was one of the best choices we made. If you're even slightly considering him, absolutely do it. It was important for us to find something within our price range and elegant for our special event. Edward arrived on time and was extremely helpful in setting up the lights for us. We did not have any professional decorators or event coordinators for this event, so it was a relief to have Edward's suggestions on where to place the lights for the best visual effect. The lightning made a huge difference for our event, as we kept our decorations pretty low key. It was also convenient because his lights were wireless so we didn't have to mess with the pain of extension cords. Would definitely recommend uplights to change the atmosphere of your event, and Chino DJ to rent from!

Mic came out right on time for the toast and candle blow out for my wife. Song after song he nailed the desired vibe, and kept the dance floor full with all the hits my wife was hoping to hear.
