Their communication was initially great but after a couple days they were completely unreachable. They came to install the dryer and said they can't get it up the stairs and told us to take it apart on our own so they can bring it up the stairs for us at a later date. Eventually after much drama and many days without a dryer, they decided they actually COULD get it up our stairs. When they installed it the dryer it didn't work. We called them back and they kept saying if they came out to repair it and it was our fault they would charge us for the service visit. When they finally came out they determined that there installers shut off our gas line in TWO PLACES during the installation and forgot to turn it back on. It took us 2-2.5 weeks to get a working dryer from start to finish. We will not be using rays again.
