While completing my intake information in their lobby 2 different people left complaining about waiting 2hrs+ to see the Dr. I was then placed into a private room 30min after my scheduled appointment, where I was given an iPad to complete another round of information with a human on the other end that couldn't figure out how to turn their video option on. After finishing that interview I was left alone in my room where I overheard another patient swear and complain of waiting over an hour to see the Dr while leaving. Then the Dr came into my room who hadn't taken the time to read any information about me and knew nothing about me. Her shirt was also covered in stains. I was kind and curious to this office. This office was no help to me and a total waste of my time. While being rude and slow. 0/5 stars. I don't reccomend this office or Dr to anyone.

My appreciation for Resilience Integrative Wellness. I was…read moreat first concerned like anyone else in trying a new breakthrough therapy to help with my anxiety and depression. I overheard a conversation between my friend and his oral surgeon, where he mentioned Ketamine and the benefits it had brought to many of his patients not only through the surgery, but with effects on their mental health. The doctor gave me additional information and with some additional research I decided to try it for my anxiety and depression which I have suffered from since I was a child. Thanks to the treatment, me and my doctors have seen noticeable improvement, I'm able to cope with and in situations calmly that I was not able to before and fly comfortably, in general, I'm happy. I have extended the benefit of the treatment to my adult child with even better results, we are motivated and have once again started exercising. The staff at Resilience have been professional, kind, empathetic and have monitored us through the treatment and process. They have professional and highly qualified staff that guide us every step of the way. Nice clean facilities.

ASMG Anesthesia Service Medical Group - The massive bruise on my arm following IV infiltration at the hands of Dr. Guy. May 16, 2025.

I was very anxious upon meeting him for the first time in the pre-op holding area. He took my hand, stood next to my gurney and patiently listened to my concerns. Then, he kindly and competently explained how the process worked. It was so reassuring. One day post-op, he followed up with me. I was happy to report that I had had no nausea and due to the effects of the spinal, had experienced only minimal pain for the previous 24 hours. Thank you Dr. Hashemi!

Most people complain about their billing because they have no idea their anesthesia is being…read morecontracted out to a third party, so when they have anesthesia problems they post it over on their provider's listing when they should be posting it here. ASMG has a virtual monopoly on anesthesia care in San Diego. In my experience, there is no accountability when they hurt patients. I've had three total interactions with ASMG and all were negative: one because of billing, the other two because of poor patient care. Billing: in 2002, I had a minor wrist surgery at Scripps Green. ASMG attempted to force me to pay almost $1000 for the care they provided. My insurance said Scripps was supposed to pay. Scripps said my insurance had responsibility for the bill. Barely old enough to enter a bar, I found myself calling all three, repeatedly, trying to get someone to pay it because I, a broke college student living with my mom, wasn't responsible for it under the terms of my coverage. Scripps eventually paid it. In 2008, I had a thyroidectomy at Scripps Green. The anesthesiologist, Dr. Zinser, looked right through me when I met him and I had a gut feeling something was wrong. When I mentioned that I am a natural redhead because the gene mutation has consequences for anesthesia and pain management, he laughed it off. This is a proven scientific fact, and even in 2008, was well known. He allowed me to wake up too soon from the surgery (another physician once told me he probably turned the gas off too soon) with zero pain control because something happened to my IV. He didn't chart what happened, didn't tell me what happened even after it was OBVIOUS I had been conscious during the procedure and after numerous complaints. He was never held responsible for this severe safety lapse that left me with PTSD I still struggle with almost 20 years later. Unbeknownst to me, UCSD also contracts with ASMG so when I had a colonoscopy in 2025, I was, unfortunately, under the care of Dr. Guy, another ASMG anesthesiologist. My IV infiltrated during this very routine 10 minute procedure. Propofol went into my arm. I shared the image of the large, abnormal bruise I developed after this procedure. It wasn't evaluated or charted, nor was I given any post-procedure instructions. I've been in pain for almost a year now with an injury to the radial nerve because of this mistake. Again, a safety issue that went unaddressed and unacknowledged which is why I am posting it publicly here. Both UCSD and Scripps then treated me like a pariah in the course of trying to get care for this injury, forcing me to go to LA to find someone who doesn't have the "ASMG bias." It's clear there's a culture of zero accountability and little care for patients. It's about getting paid.

Horrific! Save yourself the trouble and go to Scripps Mercy. The man working radiology on Aug…read more28,2006 at 4:45 pm was the most inconsiderate, uncompassionate jerk. Even before him, we were misdirected by EVERYONE from our pediatrician to the 6 different people on the phone. First we were sent from Scripps Mission Valley to 501 Washington. The flyer they gave me said Ste but no suite number. GPS led me to the garage for Village Hillcrest. The flyer from the pediatrician did not explain which elevator to take so we ended up in the deserted VH mall. A nice woman who just came off an elevator told us to go around to the separate entrance to the medical offices. We went there. NONE of the office listings by the elevator say 1. RADIOLOGY, 2. SCRIPPS . NONE OF THEM. Where were we supposed to go? There were no doors, no people, no phone numbers. So I called and called the number on our pediatrician's flyer and kept getting transferred to people who had never been in the building and read us the same instruction- go to the building with no sign for Scripps or Radiology. Then they kept transferring me to the radiology clinic and disconnecting me. 40 minutes elapsed with this circus and I finally get the man in radiology and I explain our need to get an xray. He keeps telling me he is about to close. He says we should go to Scripps Mercy even though it is 4:40 and he is open and we are a couple minutes away. You can tell he doesn't want us to come even though we are located in the parking lot directly behind his building and it would take is less than 2 minutes to get there. I explain we just need a chest x ray and that we have been trying since BEFORE 4:00 PM to find the office that is NOT labeled in the building directory by the elevators. He says it's a one room clinic and he is the only one there. Clearly he didn't want us to find him. He keeps saying he is going to close soon. He repeats again that we could go to Scripps Mercy which is across the street for the fourth time and I give up. P.S. Scripps Mercy had us in and out in less than 15 minutes with kindness, grace and courtesy. We were done even before Scripps Coastal closed. STAY AWAY FROM SCRIPPS COASTAL- as the man told me it is a "one room clinic" with only him working there. He does not want to help you or any patients.
