That level of responsiveness earned them the first 2 stars. The technician, George, repaired my dryer. I wasn't thrilled about the cost of the repair, but I paid it. As a woman, I hate feeling like I may have been taken advantage of. Before he left, I tested the dryer and it seemed to be working. The following week, I washed clothes again and to my surprise the dryer stopped working after about 10 minutes. I called them back and once again received fast, courteous service. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day and for them to look at it.
