She worked her magic and got a tech to come out in no time at all. She sent Austin another angel to figure out why our car would not start. In 100 degree heat Austin did a diagnostic and identified our bad battery.. And being prepared he had brought a replacement battery just in case. Our car is now working!!! Oh my goodness, excellent customer service. Charmayne a special thanks for keeping us informed of the process. We highly recommend Lincoln of Memphis!

    I brought a 2025 Nautilus in June 2025... I barely have 7500 miles on it. WHY, because it's having…read moreso many issues. I have had it in the shop twice and it needs to go back in there, but I can't get anyone to help me. They say someone will call but when they do, they give me excuses and say they'll set something up and I never hear from them. I've also tried to schedule an oil change online. Well, then I got a text message that said I needed to call. When I called the AI chat said it was sending me to a "live" person and I got hung up on TWICE. I am so totally frustrated with this car and with this dealership that I wish I could give it back and get a Ford Pinto! I'm sure that would be better buy for the money and less expensive than heap that I'm driving. I could go on and on about my experience, but I see so many other people have negative comments. It is so clear that the dealership obviously doesn't CARE.

He responded that the technician was about to test drive the vehicle and that I should expect a callback within 30 minutes. At 12:11 PM, I received the follow-up call, where Robert informed me that the car was being washed and prepped for release and would be ready within 10 minutes. Again, I asked that he email me the final cost and a detailed invoice. He acknowledged this request, but the call was unexpectedly disconnected before it was fulfilled. Lack of Clarity and Dispute Over Quoted Amount I was stunned and confused by this amount, especially since I had been told repeatedly that the total repair cost would be around $2,400, minus the one hour of labor, which should have brought the cost closer to $2,200. When I questioned this discrepancy, Robert explained that the $2,400 figure was only for the radiator repair, and not the total repair cost. At no point in any of our prior conversations was this distinction made clear. I expressed to him that this was highly misleading, and that had I known the actual total cost in advance, I may have made a different decision regarding how to proceed. Additionally, the lack of a formal, written estimate throughout the process is both unprofessional and unacceptabl A review of the communication process to determine why I was not properly informed of the full scope and cost of the repairs. Consideration of a partial reimbursement or adjustment, given that I was never provided with a clear, written estimate or approval request for the full cost before the work was completed. I believe this situation reflects a serious lapse in communication and customer service protocols. At a minimum, customers deserve to be fully informed before being held financially responsible for services rendered--particularly when the cost increases by over $1,100 from the most recent verbal estimate. Final Thoughts While I appreciate the staff's willingness to investigate and repair the issues with my vehicle, the lack of clarity and failure to honor prior estimates has left me feeling disappointed and taken advantage of. Transparent communication and timely documentation are standard expectations for any service department, and unfortunately, those expectations were not met in this instance. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly and professionally. I would appreciate a follow-up to discuss potential resolutions and to ensure that this experience helps improve service practices moving forward.

    Please do not get service or repairs done at Lexus of Memphis…read more I have owned four Lexus vehicles and have been a loyal Lexus owner for over 15 years. This was my first time bringing one of my vehicles to Lexus of Memphis for repair service. My Lexus GS 350 radio stopped working, so I brought it in to have it diagnosed. I was told that I needed a new radio, which would cost $4,200 including labor. Due to the high cost, I decided to get a second opinion to ensure the radio actually needed to be replaced. I took the vehicle to a radio repair shop, where they removed the radio and sent it to a repair facility to determine if it could be fixed. They discovered a burnt fuse, which they replaced for $450. The amplifier was also found to be working properly, despite Lexus stating that the radio could not be contacted and needed to be replaced. I later spoke with the service manager, Gary York, to discuss my concerns. Unfortunately, the interaction was very disappointing and unprofessional. He was dismissive of my concerns and made it seem like the issue was my fault. He was a complete Ass. I was told that they completed their service check and did not find any burnt fuse. I was also told that fuse replacement was considered aftermarket and not covered under warranty. This experience was extremely frustrating and not what I expected from a Lexus dealership. Due to this experience, I will not return to Lexus of Memphis. Instead, I will continue to have my vehicle serviced in Little Rock, where I originally purchased it and have always received reliable service.
