I am so grateful for the care and compassion I received during my visits to Dr. Rajesh Pandey and…read morestaff for lower back pain and a variety of issues that I experienced as a result of the Omicron virus. I was promptly assessed and treated after a very thorough and full review of the onset and history of this condition. It has been noted that a series of low dose medications are quite helpful in addressing the issue and I was prescribed these. Since continuing on these medications, my lower back pain has subsided greatly. I was referred on to an Endocrinologist to further assess any difficulties I may be experiencing as a result of this virus. I cannot adequately express my gratitude enough to Dr. Pandey and his wonderful staff for the very kind and professional treatment that they exhibited in caring for me. The doctor and his staff coordinate extremely well together ensuring total care of their patients. They are wonderful and caring people. I most highly recommend the Kayal team to anyone and everyone needing highly competent and professional experience and excellence for any orthopedic concerns they may be experiencing as they offer care for all orthopedic patients. Many, many thanks to all!!! Brenda Pirone

Garnished my wages, and sued me over a 20k medical bill I didn't even know I had. Want to know what that bill was for? An MRI, EGG test, some cortisone shots, an 2 X-rays. Imagine getting misdiagnosed and then sued 4 years later. Meanwhile the guy who owns it gets imported Italian marble floors but is out here suing his patients. Stay far away from this conglomerate. My small town orthopedic correctly diagnosed me with GOUT with blood work and have been fine ever since, something kayal never even thought of.

Doctor Paul and his team are outstanding in everything that they do regarding physical therapy. I was hurt at work back in early June and Highlander physical therapy got me back on my feet "literally". If anybody is in need of physical therapy I highly recommend Highlander physical therapy because as far as I'm concerned they are the best in the business. Thank you very much Highlander physical therapy, doctor Paul and team A+ PS thank you very much for the shirt...

Edward and the rest of the team took good care of me as I was recovering from various injuries on my right side. We had moved in the middle of my treatment for injuries and after reviewing a couple of PT locations, decided on this place and it was the right choice for me (the other one was good, too, but this one was a better fit for me). This place stressed that they were more concerned about my well-being than the finances, and they were true to their word. They worked with my insurance and my crazy schedule due to being new to the neighborhood and a new father! Thank you, Highlander PT! I can hold and chase after my daughter even a year later!

I called roughly 12 other PT locations, which are closer to the house, who gave me the run around and wound up calling into NY. It has been a godsend, thankfully the answer Aggie gave was "Come in I am certified and we will figure it out together." She has been amazing since the first meeting and I would not go anywhere else. Very personable, understanding, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. From a level of severe pain and discomfort where I was basically living on the couch with ice, to now I am back mowing the lawn and exercising in 2 months! Thank you for everything!

Details and individual attention matter, but they are entirely missing here. I drove 45 minutes each way to see Dr. Aggie Pindral--subjecting my hip to an irritating 90-minute round trip--only to be rewarded with 40 minutes of subpar, hands-off care.As soon as I arrived, they immediately slapped on a hot pack and TENS unit simultaneously. Stacking passive modalities like this is a lazy protocol designed to "park" patients so they can bill insurance while leaving you completely ignored. To make it worse, the unsupervised technician placed the TENS electrode directly over my affected trochanter bone. Anyone with basic clinical curiosity or competence knows that current needs to target soft tissue, not a bony prominence. They never even asked how far I traveled or how the car ride affected my pain. This factory-line clinic completely exploits people who don't know better. Pathetic.
