And that's just the short list. Erick, Debbie, Christy and now Danielle (and before Tracy) are professional and very knowledgeable. They seem to take your problem personally and will do everything they can to make you better. But beyond that, they are probably the nicest people you will ever meet. If you give them an inch they will grab the mile to make you feel welcome. It is very common for the rooms to buzz with conversation and laughter while you are stretched, massaged and exercised. Todd has always been very attentive to my feedback and i've always left feeling better than when i went in. it's true that they repeat the same exercises and stretches but that's so that you gain strength and flexibility in the muscles related to your injury. every time i've maxed out in one discipline he's added another. my injury is such that it'll never get better but getting PT here occasionally at least keeps me from getting worse. in addition, the front end staff is excellent, always able to work around any appointments in my schedule. my thanks to everyone there!

She tried different techniques to see what worked best for me. She was very helpful. The second time here I was given Todd B. as my therepist. What a difference. Todd's approach was awful. He did the same thing with me every time I was there. When I told him that what he was doing wasn't helping, he told me nothing was ever going to help me. He never gave me ice, heat or massage therapy. My sessions were rushed and lasted half the time they should have been. He was rude, insulting and sarcastic. He made jokes about my pain and showed no compassion for me. I left crying after every session. It was a terrible experience. So I guess which Thereapist you get will predict your experience at this place.
