After months of considering knee surgery which was scheduled for December at my home lotion in SW Florida I came across advertising for an alternative to Opioid's and Surgery.and immediately contacted Physical Motion and started a four week program of Physical Therapy PT) with Daniel Prata and his assistants and not only was my knee and hip pain relieved and my motion and balance restored but I also gained back my confidence and am now able to walk, climb stairs, get in and out of the car and simply enjoy life again. My PT with Daniel was cut short with my return to SW Florida but after meeting with my surgeon today, Dr. Francesca M. Schwartz of Orthopedic Specialists of SW Florida, I know that I am once again in good hands as she was thrilled to hear what Daniel had done and that I was doing so well. I shattered my knee cap on a business trip after two months of recovery in another city I was allowed to return home. I found Forward Motion online with great reviews. I scheduled a visit and Evan became my therapist he was great setting a consistent plan to recover. I liked the variety of exercises that pushed me to further recovery as we worked toward our goal. I think of Forward motion as a team where everyone seems to know you and there is a real family atmosphere to the sessions. Forward motion physical therapy is TOP NOTCH! I have been coming here for over a year after 2 right knee surgeries and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. Danny and Hannah and their staff of therapists and aids are extremely thorough and helpful. They are all friendly as well. I injured my back, and my Dr. prescribed physical therapy. When I first entered Forward Motion's offices, I could barely stand. Now I have no pain at all, and I have more mobility then I've had in years.
