The occupational therapist was present and witnessed this, yet no one intervened. I attempted it anyway and was injured as a direct result of their inaction. Afterward, I was left alone to do my exercises while waiting for the PT to return. Other staff were chatting instead of supervising patients, leaving several people unsupported and at risk. I requested that a report of my injury be sent to my doctor, as per the doctor's orders. This never happened. I was left in unnecessary pain, with decreased quality of life, and wasted time and money. This clinic showed blatant disregard for patient safety and proper care. I strongly advise seeking treatment elsewhere.
