1 STAR Absolutely…read moredisgusting and disrespectful treatment of my 90-year-old grandmother. Isis Lecusay was extremely rude to my grandmother, making comments about her age and telling her that doing her taxes was basically a waste of their time because they had "better clients" to deal with. Imagine speaking to a 90-year-old woman that way--someone simply trying to get help with her taxes. There is absolutely no excuse for making an elderly person feel like they are a burden or that their business is somehow less important because of their age. My grandmother deserved patience, professionalism, and basic human respect. Instead, she was made to feel unwanted and insignificant. If this is how L & H Tax Immigration Services allows elderly clients to be treated, I would never recommend this business to anyone. Completely unacceptable.

They made sure to let me know Osiel would return my call, and he did exactly that. Even though I wasn't a paying customer this time, he treated me with the same level of care you'd expect if you were. When I have future business, I'll 100% be coming here.
