We texted him photos and videos. He was super professional and very helpful contacting us via text over a number of days. We ended up solving the problem without the repair. Lake Country did not require us to take the part. I also offered to pay a trip charge since they were so helpful. They said it wasn't necessary. Lake Country is the antithesis of every bad joke and negative comment about appliance repair companies. They are kind, prompt, concerned about the cost to the consumer and consummately professional.
