You can see the conduit sticking out of the back of the sauna nice and neat tucked underneath the turf.

Hayden and his brother did an amazing job hooking up my sauna! I was referred to them by my dad who had solar put up in his house, so I decided to hire them as my dad had a great experience! It's truly difficult in this day and age to find someone reliable and trustworthy to do work. Hire these guys and they will make it happen!

Called the guys back for some more work. They quickly knocked out an install of a motion light on the side of my home and pulled another line to the front for a security camera.

After reassuring me, Hans told me he and Hayden could come out right away to identify and repair the issue.

They were professional, clean, cordial, and the end result was exceptional. I am very pleased with the work performed and everyone that was involved. I hope highly recommend them especially since it's so hard to find a company that will still be around in years to come. My worry was that the installation may contribute to future leaks due to rain. I observed the installation process asking questions and am satisfied that I won't have any issues.

Our first solar system was installed through Project Solar, which outsourced the installation, and…read moreunfortunately it was a nightmare from start to finish. Because of that experience, we were very cautious when we decided to add more panels and reached out to several different companies. From the very beginning, HPM Solar stood out. They were easy to work with, communicated clearly, and consistently kept me informed about every step of the process. There were no surprises and no guessing about what was happening next. We were also extremely fortunate that an earlier installation slot opened up, allowing HPM to fit us in just in time to take advantage of the expiring tax credit -- something we truly appreciated. The installation crew was excellent: professional, efficient, and respectful of our property. They did great work and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left, which really showed their attention to detail and pride in their work. Overall, the entire solar process with HPM Solar was very smooth and stress-free, a complete contrast to our previous experience. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering solar.

Update for my review with OC - Savannah from customer service reached out regarding my experience…read moreand expressed regret over how things went and changes were actively happening at the company. She offered a free panel cleaning, which she set up internally and had their team come out this past Friday without issue. Since the cleaning the panels have been much better performing especially after these past few weeks of misting and rain, about 25% higher output. I didn't think much of it but I get now it's worth doing to get the most out of the panels. Overall a very good response and experience with OC specifically for this issue. I feel that they do want to stand out from the crowd and responding proactively to feedback gives me more confidence they'll take care of issues as they hear about them.

Every person who came out was professional and respectful. What really set them apart was handling both our full roof replacement and solar installation together. I didn't want a roofing company and solar company pointing fingers at each other down the road -- OC Solar eliminates that headache entirely. Their pricing was competitive, and their substantial warranty sealed the deal. Highly recommend them if you're considering solar!

I cannot say enough good things about Source Solar. We just finished our first year of using the…read morepanels they installed in the summer of 2019 and everything has worked as advertised and then some. Ryan and Josh were so professional, efficient (from delivery of the panels to our garage to final installation was 3 days). We have a tiled roof type that makes installation difficult without damaging the tiles, and as a result many companies wouldn't even bid on the project. Their pricing was fair and their system for protecting the tiles worked great. Only a few tiles were broken in the process, and they not only fixed those but also fixed a few others that were broken but not by them. We were connected with Source Solar through an independent sales person. The design and software allowed us to very precisely see the cost of a design and the energy production. It has been very accurate and we ended up almost exactly using what we produced (we produced a little bit extra but also charged our car less during Covid). The monitoring app they installed has functioned perfectly and we are actually hooked on watching our daily intake and lamenting any passing clouds that affect our production. One time we noticed that a single panel seemed to be producing less than the ones around it. Although we weren't sure if it was just caused the the neighbor's chimney shadowing that panel more than the surrounding ones, they were out within a few days and swapped it out for a new one. Sure enough, the new one had better production. We are newbies to the world of solar energy, and they very patiently answered all our questions about the time-of-use energy plan, yearly billing, production and use estimates, the monitoring app, etc. We highly, highly recommend these brothers and would give them 6 stars if we could. The only thing we regret is not doing this years earlier.

I'd highly recommend Solar Optimum and Roofing Optimum…read more We've had our solar system from Solar Optimum for more than 10 years, and our experience is a great example of why choosing the right company from the beginning matters. They installed a high-quality system that has performed extremely well over the years. At one point, both of our inverters experienced a manufacturer-related issue. In fact, Solar Optimum identified the problem before we even realized something was wrong. They worked directly with the manufacturer to secure a replacement inverter at no cost and handled the installation quickly and professionally. When it came time to replace our roof, we didn't hesitate to reach out to Solar Optimum again. Their GAF Master Elite certification and the advantages of having the same company manage both the solar and roofing work provided tremendous peace of mind. The warranty benefits are excellent, and the roofing warranty is transferable, which adds real value and is something many roofing companies do not offer. We recently completed a full solar removal, reroof, and solar reinstallation project with the Optimum team, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The entire project was completed in about a week, exactly in line with the schedule that was provided at the start. The crews showed up on time, worked hard, communicated well, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day despite the significant amount of work involved. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and well-managed. It's rare to find a company that delivers this level of service over a relationship spanning more than a decade. We couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend Solar Optimum and Roofing Optimum.

I went with Solar Optimum mainly because of reputation. I also wanted to go with a company that…read morewasn't going to disappear in the next few years. There were cheaper quotes for the system I wanted, but they didn't quite meet the aforementioned requirements (one, although competent, was way too new to feel comfortable with). Another competitor, probably the biggest one in Southern California, came out for a presentation, but their package was strictly a lease and didn't make much sense at all for me. The point of solar panels is to save money, and the projected money I would save was completely offset by the monthly payment. So, I decided to buy my panels outright, along with the Tesla Powerwall 3. It all was pretty pricey, but I will qualify for the federal rebate since the purchase was before the end of 2025. At least that's what I think. I was assured that I would qualify if I had a fully paid invoice before the end of 2025; although there was some other talk about showing proof of operation before the year ended. Solar Optimum couldn't provide me with a definitive answer, but my CPA said a fully paid invoice would work just fine. We'll see. The whole process began around 5 months ago. It started off with a rep coming out for a site inspection in order to put together a plan for me. That went pretty smoothly. Communication was primarily via email and phone. Their main office is on the Glendale/Burbank border. I went a couple of times to drop correspondence off. Once they put the plan together and I signed off on it, the physical installation came a few months later. That took only a day and it looked pretty clean and professional. The next stage was for Edison, my electricity provider, to come out and install the adapter. But that took a couple of months for them to even get here, and when they did, it turned out they couldn't install it at all because the adapter was damaged. The installers had placed it in a bag, but didn't secure it properly. Unfortunately, water from the autumn rains got into the bag and damaged it. So, it took almost another month to replace the adapter and have another Edison tech come out to inspect and install it. The last step is to have the city come out to give a final inspection and to give the permit to operate. As of today, late December, the inspection has yet to be done and the solar panels are just sitting there, inoperable. I understand there was a lot of orders for solar as people were rushing to get their purchases in before the 2025 federal rebates ended. But it's been 5 months and I've already fully paid for a solar panel system that hasn't been even been turned on yet. I don't really blame Solar Optimum since I'm really on Edison's and the city's time, but it is frustrating having to wait so long. Once it is turned on, I'll update this review.
