Left the car and was told they would call me They called me a few hours later and said that there was serious corrosion on the frame and exhaust system and that it would cost thousands of dollars to repair. They basically told me it was not worth the expense. I evaluated the information they had given me and decided not to go ahead with any work on the car. When I went to pick up the car, I was presented with a bill for $250 covering an oil change (synthetic oil) and tire change. I asked why they had done this work when they had told me the car was basically unrepairable. They said that they had done the oil and tire change before evaluating the suspension and exhaust issues. Needless to say I was amazed at this stupidity but paid the $250 bill anyway. I am now scrapping the car which has $150 worth of new synthetic oil in it. Note that I was never given an estimate for the oil and tire change - they just went ahead and did it.

I knew for a fact that the car had gas in it, after arguing with the receptionist (who was extremely rude) I asked them to put ten dollars worth of gas and they did. This obviously didn't fix the problem. After the second week I refused to deal with the receptionist and dealt directly with the head mechanic. He was not helpful and kept brushing me off, he said that the problem was most probably electrical and he wanted to bring a specialist in to look at the car. I kept persisting still nothing. The head mechanic ended up giving up on the car and told me to come get it. They charged me 300$ for basically nothing. This is a garage that is incapable of fixing cars. Stay away, horrible service. They didn't even reassemble the parts that they removed to trouble shoot the problem. Interior panel was missing, back seat was loose. Parts missing, overall horrible experience. Do not give them business. Tell all your friends not to go here.
