I visited this clinic on May 6, 2025, for cupping therapy--my third time receiving this treatment…read morehere. After the session, the practitioner mentioned I had "a few blisters" and applied some ointment. Since the cupping was done on my back, I couldn't see the area myself and trusted their assessment. However, once I got home and checked, I was shocked to find that nearly every cupping mark was filled with blisters--far more than "a few." Sleeping that night was very uncomfortable, and the affected areas grew painful over time. What concerns me most is the way this was handled. Before leaving, I was asked to sign a waiver. In hindsight, it felt like the practitioner was aware of the extent of the reaction and had me sign paperwork before I realized what had happened. I understand that blistering can occasionally occur with cupping, but the lack of transparency and aftercare, along with how the situation was managed, left me very disappointed. I hope this helps others make an informed decision.

Dr. Pang has strong expertise and passion to identify the ROOT CAUSES of health problems and apply exact treatments. On this respect I've found some other doctors just target and treat the SYMPTOMS and seldom touch the root causes. Dr. Pang's clinic does get very busy at times, and patients usually have to make an appointment ahead of time. In fact I saw her taking care of 3 patients at the same time. Ultimately, what matters most to me is the positive outcomes. And for that, Dr. Pang helped cure my family's health issues, ranging from chronic back pain, migraine, skin rash, leg edema and more. I would like to recommend Dr. Pang as the best acupuncturist in town.

At the beginning, it was actually not bad, I went there usually with a family member since I had a terrible car accident and wasn't able to move on my own properly, and the therapist did give me therapy as needed. Though as I got stronger, I felt like my hip and back pain were still there and not getting better. Being told that, the therapist would still just make me do exercises that I could and did do at home, spent an average time of 5 minutes with me per session before disappearing. No pain relief, no scar tissue relief, no muscle stretch, just a tap on the shoulder to keep doing exercises in their extremely tiny gym that I did at home everyday on my own. I really felt like whenever I was in there, it consisted of a quick talk about the usual conversation "how are you? How are you doing" and then send me off to the gym for the therapist to go on break. I find it a little lazy, I actually let that go for a while but after being treated like so for my last 10 ish sessions the same way when pain persisted on my body, I went ahead and looked out for a new Physio that actually cared.
