    Our experience with Aqua-Tech started off very well (2020) and this year we decided to purchase the…read moreHappy Summer Pool Package: weekly pool cleaning, pool opening and pool winterizing, all chemicals included and filter cleaning included. With taxes this came to $4,478.88. The experience has been terrible with poor customer service. To summarize, the communication is dreadful. We are told one thing, presented with a schedule, but the company sends people on different days without informing us, so they jump the fence (because it's locked - we didn't expect them), haphazardly remove the solar cover and leave it in disarray. Upon coming home we thought we had been invaded. I then informed the company and two additional employees that the backyard will be accessible from this point onward. They were very slow in coming back to attend to the water, but did come and used our hose at least twice. They never took care of the filter, I removed it and personally handed it to an Aqua-tech employee and was then assured that if the filters aren't ready in time, they'll put in shop filters. I've called (usually can't get a human) and left messages regarding the filter pressure - too high. Cleaned it twice my self, and then was told today that they were there but couldn't clean the filters because there was no hose. The hose they used at least twice before was there - What is going on? What about bringing back my first set of filters? What happened to the promise of using shop filters if mine weren't ready? Asked for the manager twice over the phone - she'll call us back. Asked for the manager via text over their website. Still haven't hear from her. I cannot recommend this company.

We had then heard about Clearwater through a reference from friends who were very happy. The guys and gal at Clearwater were, and most importantly, continue to be very supportive and knowledgeable. From design of a new pool, build, completion and following year support for new pool owners, these guys really took the time to make sure the pool was up and working correctly and enabled us to learn how to keep it running efficiently. One special note was during the build. I hear so many people complain about the workers of other companies being messy, late, delayed, and things just plain going wrong. We did not experience any of this with Clearwater. They were clean (I'm talking work area here), efficient and knew what they were doing from the start. There was only one item that ended up being defective and they replaced it asap with no cost to us. We would strongly recommend Clearwater for anyone looking for a down-to-earth company with a wonderful staff and clear communications on cost with on surprises.

As well read other reviews Clearwater has more unhappy former customers then happy If Clearwater has been in business for 20 years and only has a thousand customers then there truly must be a issue The issue is only about being a ethical Buisness person and James the bald guy whom walks around the store is truly not a man of honour . Maybe he is actually in the billiards type pool business ....makes sense now
