If you are even thinking about listing your home for sale, please do yourself a favor and meet with Danny first. You will not be disappointed with his first class service! I generally hate posting reviews, but it's 100% necessary in this case: Matt is AMAZING. My husband…read moreand I lucked out bigtime finding him as our realtor. Our home-buying journey began at the craziest of times in Austin real estate: January 2021. We had no idea what we were doing and were intimidated and bewildered as all hell. Matt could not have been more patient, friendly, and encouraging, and it helped our spirits immensely. We learned so much from him about how the market was going, what our best chances were, how to go about getting what we wanted....the whole shebang. Since the market was so insane and given our financial outlook, ultimately we decided to build a house in Kyle. The whole process went super smoothly thanks to Matt. Unfortunately the building process did not go so smoothly, thanks to material and labor shortages...but even though Matt's role was technically done, he helped us deal with the builder for a full 19 MONTHS between our signing for the house and closing on the house. Matt helped us get answers from the builder when they didn't respond to us; he helped us navigate the entire process. He was there for us every step of the way. I can't count how many times my husband or I said "Thank GOD for Matt!!" At the start of this whole home-buying adventure, I dreaded having to deal with a realtor. My experience with them in the past was....not great. At all. So the fact that I truly can't recommend Matt highly enough - and that my husband and I now consider Matt a friend - is just crazy to me. We will be eternally grateful to him, and we honestly don't know what we would've done without him!!

Matt, without question, made the process seamless, and helped us find our beautiful home! Matt spent the time getting to understand what my husband and I were looking for and was able to recommend neighborhoods we hadn't even considered to fit our wants and needs. More importantly, Matt was always available throughout the process, and his expertise made us confident in our final decision. When my husband had a work trip and couldn't be there for the closing, he was right by my side, so I wouldn't be handling the process alone, which is a class act, in my opinion. Matt is honest and works with the highest level of integrity. I have no reservations about recommending him to friends and have already done so! I look forward to working with him again on our next home!

Charlie is such a fantastic realtor who really helped our little family. We found ourselves repeatedly impressed with all of Charlie's knowledge and expertise when it comes to buying a house. She was aware, and on top of, so many things that I would've never thought about without her there to guide us. From showings, to closing it was very clear how knowledgeable Charlie was. She is also super professional and nice. I get stressed so easily and she was able to keep me calm and feeling confident I was in good hands. Mackenzie also helped so much with the transaction side of things. With the amount of people involved in buying a property I was so impressed with how Mackenzie was able to keep everything working smoothly. Can't recommend them enough!

My first thought was call the realtor who has the listing? When I asked her a question she laughed and acted like I was offending her. I quickly put it together that it was investors wanting to short change me and buy my house below market value to make a quick buck and the unprofessional I was talking with was probably an hourly worker that didn't even understand the business "scam" where she was employed. Watch out. Don't take their deals. You can sell your home for more on your own than buying whatever crap they try to sell/offer you. Basically a barely legal scam!

No catch- this is a great service, at a fraction of the "traditional " price. I have been a home…read morebuyer 3 times and a home seller twice before. While I was always happy with service I got from the "other guys" ( a very respected local Austin Realtor) I often wondered if the service was worth 3%, especially as a seller. Turns out it wasn't. After failing to close a deal with my former realtor, I hooked up with Jovio in order to lessen the blow of fees. I was concerned that I wouldn't get good communication or that I would somehow get lost in the cracks. Nothing could be further from the truth. I had a team at my disposal, they answered every text, email or call (often within minutes) and we ended up getting a sale and closing with no issues. It saved me a ton a cash. Lets face it- a lot of industries are changing (when is this last time you called for a cab??) and Jovio represents a new way forward for real estate deals. Thanks again!

I could not possibly say enough great things about Devin and the team at Jovio. From our first…read moreconversation, my husband and I could sense that Devin was professional and extremely competent. We, as anyone would, were skeptical at first with the commission structure and how much we could save, thinking there had to be a catch... but there never was. We were in and out of town throughout the process of selling our house and the team at Jovio did an amazing job being the eyes and feet on the ground while we were away. Their communication was clear and spot on from beginning to end. Our house ended up being on the market for less than a week, had multiple offers and sold for 10k over asking. We were confident in the pricing strategy, as Jovio's recommended selling price was actually higher than that which was recommended by a local, reputable luxury brand real estate agency. There were no compromises working with Jovio! In fact, compare to other realtor experiences, we felt we got far better service, attention and communication. They are definitely on top of their game when it comes to marketing and using new technologies to get the word out. I highly recommend using Jovio when selling your home!

I've been leasing a property from this management company since June, and unfortunately, they have…read moreshown a complete disregard for tenant safety. One major issue I've reported multiple times is a loose stair nose that poses a serious safety hazard. Despite bringing it to their attention over 4 months ago, they have failed to fix the issue. Today, I almost fell due to their negligence, and now the stair nose is completely broken, making the stairs even more dangerous. Rai, who handles these requests, has shown no urgency in addressing this. The contractors they hire are incredibly unreliable--cancelling appointments last minute, rescheduling, and then never showing up or responding. This company's lack of professionalism and care for its tenants' well-being is shocking. I would strongly recommend against renting or buying from them, as they clearly don't take safety or customer service seriously. If I could give 0 stars I would Updated: Gregg claims they have made multiple attempts to access the property and that is a lie, they have hired two contractors, the first one never showed up even when my wife stayed home and didn't go to work. they never contacted us again The second contractor set a date and then cancel, when asking for another date I told him we weren't home that weekend cause we were going away, after this message he never tried to contacted me again. so no Gregg you have not tried to get this fixed don't blame the tenant, I have pictures with the conversations with your contractors if you want me to post them for you to see

Many seemed good, however Jennifer answered my questions in detail, even providing some advice that I hadn't asked for. Not only that, she helped alleviate stress and worked with me on some big concerns before I had even signed a contract. The entire Gene Arant team was great. This was a bit of a concern for me at first, I was thinking I wanted an agent who worked on their own. I am glad I decided not to go that route. Jennifer was in frequent contact with me, however, so were others. Cody Wickham checked in with me often. He actually left a message once just asking how I was feeling about the entire process. A few times I asked a question and Jennifer or Cody would answer, but then say, let me also ask so and so, just to get more info. That was the power of working with them. Something else I appreciated, they were direct. I don't do well with reading between the lines, I find real estate confusing. Thankfully I didn't have to. Jennifer was always supportive, she was good about pointing out other options but never pushy. A few times I didn't take her advice, she was 100% supportive of each decision I made. Both Cody and Jennifer were relentlessly helpful throughout the process. Selling a home was still stressful, but thankfully I had awesome people to guide me every step of the way.
