When I first started the divorce process, I contacted more than five divorce attorneys and law firms. I even paid for consultations because I was extremely worried about my situation. Although my ex and I had some agreements in place, he was struggling with serious substance abuse issues, and I needed an attorney who could truly handle the complexities of my case. Unfortunately, every experience felt transactional. I rarely spoke to an actual attorney only someone from the firm and I never had the opportunity to get a feel for the person who would potentially be representing me. Then I found Attorney Antonio. His reviews immediately stood out, but I assumed the process would be the same as everywhere else. I couldn't have been more wrong. When I called, Attorney Antonio answered the phone himself. He took the time to listen to my story, never rushed me, and offered genuine advice during that very first conversation. I hung up feeling heard, understood, and hopeful for the first time in a long time. Looking back, I truly believe Antonio was God sent during one of the most difficult seasons of my life. He made an incredibly emotional and overwhelming process feel manageable. While the conflict between my ex and me was stressful, I never had to worry about my attorney. Antonio was always there when I needed him. He answered my calls, kept me informed, and consistently made me feel like my case mattered. His knowledge, professionalism, patience, compassion, and even the wisdom he shared from his own life experiences made all the difference. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their clients the way he does. I will be forever grateful for everything Attorney Antonio did for me. If you're looking for an attorney who is not only exceptional at what he does but also truly cares about the people he represents, I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you, Antonio, for helping me through one of the hardest chapters of my life. I will never forget your kindness and dedication to my case

After that I tried to contact him via text and email for 1 week with no reply. This guy does not have the decency nor respect to return my text or email to advice me if he does not want to take my case. This was a big RED flag. It appeared to me that he did not have time to take my case. Whenever I tried to initially contact him, he was not available always telling me he was in a meeting. Thus, he did me a favor to look for a lawyer who I believe has time for me and my case. And at this point, I would never hire him in fear he could jeopardize my case by delaying it. Once I posted this review, he immediately contacted me via text requesting I remove this review. This proved he was receiving my text messages for one week and intentionally ignored them knowing that I had an urgent matter. And I advised him that this review will not be removed as it is the truth of what transpired

I will say that the support staff were all very nice and friendly. This review is about the office itself. It's on the 34th floor of a beautiful building with wall to wall marble. I thoroughly enjoyed the stunning water/ harbor views as I sat for two days in their impressive conference room. And even better than the views are the spectacular pieces of priceless art decorating their pristine, perfect property.

Unsuspecting clients need to know what transpired in my case and the firm needs to review as well to prevent from happening again in the future - if they even care one bit. This is an extremely unprofessional set of lawyers (the two I worked with, Bob Einhorn and Jacky Beda) that are only interested in their own advancement/profit. They have committed horrible novice mistakes in handling my case, which was a simple negotiation. Fortunately the case had a positive outcome only because I insisted several times to proceed against their irrational and misplaced advice. Without a hint of exaggeration, I had to insist on acting against the lawyers' advice EVERY SINGLE TIME, in order to reach a positive outcome in my case. Just listing a few of their most egregious mistakes: 1. Bad communication. Partner Bob Einhorn was always available for initial calls, but as soon as I signed up he passed my case over to associate Jacky Beda who was clearly out of his element. Never did he disclose that in the signing papers and the initial communication with him. 2 Associate Jacky Beda never wanted to engage with other party and their legal team (that were understandably playing dead) over the phone until I insisted I was going to call them myself. Turned out that was the best decision for moving the case forward. 3. Legal team did not understand basic elements of negotiation, alternatives to negotiated agreement, business sense of numbers presented, lowest acceptable negotiated amount. They even insisted on stopping negotiation and signing me up for arbitration right before opposite party was ready to engage, only because arbitration would have been way more lucrative for them. 4. Associate insisted he had a next day reply policy, even though he let emails and calls unanswered for several weeks at a time. Not once did he apologize, it was never his mistake. 5. Associate openly questioned my motives and undermined my credibility during the negotiation, not once but several times. If you are not going to trust your own client, you are not fit to be in the legal profession. Period. 6. I asked for a 20 min in person meeting with associate Jacky Beda only once in our 18 month-long interaction. He told me exactly what time to show up, only to not be available on a ridiculous excuse and have me wait 3 hours until he could finally meet me. Mind you that was the day before Christmas, I had to fly in from out of state, and had to reschedule my return arrangements because of that delay. Absolutely insane. I don't even know how I managed to have an ongoing relationship for a year and a half with this team of clowns, and managed to successfully steer them to a desirable outcome despite their best efforts to derail my case. Nobody in their right mind should have to go through that. They get zero stars from me and a huge complaint for lack of professionalism, lack of experience and knowledge in legal and professional matters, and bad communication practices. Gentlemen you have not even reached out to discuss my feedback, even though I have continually voiced my disagreements throughout our engagement. And you have not reached out to discuss these complaints even after I made them public. Shows how unprofessional you are and how much you (don't) care for your clients. Judging from the other negative review on Yelp - this firm should be avoided by all means.

For our initial meeting, Abraham arrived five minutes early at the appointed day and time. That alone sets him apart from anyone else in South Florida, but it gets even better. My inherited home was in dilapidated condition since my father never took care of it; it had termites, rotten wood, cracks on the walls, in terrible condition. I was afraid I would get a low price for the house, if anyone would buy it at all. With the utmost confidence Abraham assured me that not only could he sell it, he would sell it for one million. I was doubtful of this claim, but he walked me through all the steps and described his approach to selling my particular house. His ability to tailor the sales approach to the house is admirable. The house sold in 6 weeks. He even beat his own estimate of one million, having sold it for even more. I was both stunned and grateful. Abraham Ash is embodiment of talent and professionalism. He is THE realtor par excellence.

We found Abe on Yelp as the best-rated realtor in Miami. I believe we were initially only looking…read moreat the Brickell area. Coming in from the cut-throat SF Bay Area market with near-zero inventory, we were overwhelmed by the options available in Miami. Abe found us a spot right by the Biscayne Bay at the Margaret Pace Park in Edgewater. We have butterflies in our tummies as we are in love with our new home. This is 100% thanks to Abe. Abe knows every patch of land in Brickell, Edgewater, Downtown, and other parts of Miami. He knows the history of each building, what's coming next that could block your views, the HoA rules for each building, the heights of all buildings, and the views from each side of the building. It is mindboggling. We had assumed Abe would spend 3-4hrs with us and then let us go to do our own search. Instead, he spent multiple days with us non-stop, with some days where we even skipped meal breaks and walked around until our legs hurt. He is a natural at driving around the various pockets of Miami, navigating the streets while also being a tour guide. His ability to multitask like this helped us a lot. I still remember how, while driving around the Edgewater area, my wife and I simultaneously felt "wow, this neighborhood has a chic vibe we liked." We fell in love with Edgewater, though we had come in focused on Brickell. Abe is very good at sharing both the good and the bad about each option. There was a point we had already picked a new construction project that was nearly 3X of the next property we had scheduled to see. Abe was still showing us the pros of this new property, even if it would be significantly less of a deal size. He demonstrated many such signs of transparency and integrity during our entire time with him. We wish Abe the best and feel that if you get to know him and work out a nice rhythm, you can find the home or investment property of your dreams.
