He listened which most of the attorneys I have dealt with during my professional business life did not. He wasn't looking at his phone every time it went off, interrupting me to tell his secretary to call the Dry Cleaners, interrupting me while in mid sentence. He did go over strategies, plans of attack and always made me feel in the loop on every little detail. He is a big guy and knows how to be ever so gentile until it's time to lay it out on the table and bring it all to a head.
