Dr. Shih is extremely knowledgeable, very kind and wonderful Physician. Dr. Brian Shih truly cares and listens to the problems that you are experiencing. I first saw Dr. Brian Shih on October 30th. On November 14th. He did an incredible Surgery on my Lumbar Spine as well as my Thoracic Spine. On November 25th. He did an awesome Epidural on my Thoracic Spine. I am so incredibly pleased with Dr.Brian Shih. He is so personally involved with making absolutely the best decisions for his patients are met and in my case he exceeded all expectations and boundaries. Because of Dr. Shih I am quickly gaining relief from my 25+ years of constant Pain and suffering from a major accident at the Dallas, Ft. Worth Airport. I will be seeing Dr.Brian Shih on December 10th. for a post Epidural follow up appointment. He will then order an another Epidural to my Lumbar Spine and 3 weeks later another Epidural to my Cerebral Spine so I can turn my head, get relief to both my upper shoulders as well as both upper arms. I have been in extremely difficult pain for almost 30 years. I suffer with Severe Fibromyalgia as well as Lupus. I've been suffering severely in 24/7 Pain over almost 30 Years. I also suffer from severe Arthritis as well as Chronic Neuropathy. I've have had 11 Knee Knee Surgeries, 8 on my left knee and 3 on my right knee. I was referred by an attorney on a lien after being in a major car accident, that wasn't due to anything I had control over. Upon meeting him i advised him of past experiences with opiates and my concern that was met with a standoffish stance from Naveed, only speaking my truth. I didn't ask for medication. After going through the motions on my end with epidurals with Naveed, I had a surgery at Tova with an outside surgeon. I was advised by my designated post surgery guardian that while in the waiting room, a conversation between Mr. Natanzi and the surgeon was clearly overheard. Which in accordance with HIPAA Privacy Rule (45 CFR 164.510(b) isn't legal. Mr. Natanzi was asked by the surgeon what he should prescribe me, to which Mr. Natanzi stated "Don't, he's a drug addict". Which was all heard from the waiting room in the lobby of Tova Surgical Center. A phone conversation was had between Mr. Natanzi and myself upon hearing of this which is vehemently denied ever occurring. Mr.Natanzi called back 20 minutes following the initial denial, apologizing saying he shouldn't have said the above statement. With that being said, this is 30 minutes upon leaving the center, post surgery. If anybody has a question, this should be all you need to see about the type of care expressed by Mr. Natanzi.

Danny and Stacey make themselves available to you via email and text, if you have any questions in between sessions. I learned a great deal about improving my body mechanics and lessening pain through their Egoscue Method training. I enrolled in an 8 session program with them, due to my chronic back and neck pain. I will tell you, the training and method requires a good deal of time and dedication, but it is definitely worthwhile. I mean, at the end of the day, if one does not put in the work for anything, you will not reap any benefits, right? Danny and Stacey use a cool platform where they take photos of you before each session. And they always review these photos with you to see which areas have improved, and which ones need more focus. And over time, you can see how your body begins to improve in its mechanics and overall posture.
