Sadly, friendly interactions with cashiers here can sometimes be hit or miss, so her positive attitude definitely stood out.

It has three access points - two on Main Street and one located to the rear of the parking lot. It is always crowded with people buying gas, going to RedBox, going into the store and then the people on foot. Very rarely have I gone in and there isn't a line and both cashiers are working like crazy to get everyone in and out quickly. Haven't tried any pizza or the new hot food additions. We usually go in for Monsters, Taquitos or Slurpees. They used to always have the banana flavor stocked in the Slurpee machine but as of the last few times I've been in it has been some off flavor (this time it was mango/peach). I worked late into the night, and have a history of gassing up, purchasing snacks etc. well before I picked my snacks and paid for my gas, I visited the ladies room. I'm not kidding you, but the restroom was filled with the local lot lizards drinking and cleaning themselves. I did noticed an employee standing near the door observing the raucous; I quickly used the restroom and walked out, picked out my fav tea and a bag of Chex muddy's. I stood in line for about ten mins, once I reached the cashier to pay, the same employee that was in the restroom was standing near the cashier. I was approached in a very unprofessional manner and accused of stealing some alcohol and drinking it in the restroom. Now, let me make this clear, I am not a drinker, let alone a smoker or drug user. I feel as if I were racially profiled by the employee who was literally observing in The bathroom. I politely explained my position and asked the manager to pull the cameras or call the police to have this insane accusation handled. The manager declined all of my requests. I was literally livid and embarrassed. I did call the corporate office the following day and demanded the cameras to be pulled and an apology' for discrediting my integrity. I will not do business with this place of business based on my negative experience.

I called again tonight to check the status, as the app shows it as "unavailable." The representative stated they are still waiting on a shipment. When I explained that I would need to contact my doctor due to the delay, the call was abruptly disconnected. Being hung up on while trying to manage an important prescription is extremely unprofessional and reflects poorly on the level of care being provided. Patients should not have to deal with uncertainty, lack of communication, and disrespect when it comes to their medication. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding this situation, including what steps your team will take to ensure this does not happen again to other patients. It should have been communicated last week that the medication might not be available, allowing me to make other arrangements. While you may be dependent on your supplier, patients should not be placed in the same position due to poor communication and lack of transparency.
