I contacted On Site and Allen came out, drove my truck and said that the issue wasn't the transmission but the front wheel bearings. He replaced them and solved my issue. $3,800 verses $550. I asked him to refund me the difference so we can remain civil about this; but Alan only calls back when he wants to.....very poor customer service.
