Had a great stay here! The grounds are very well maintained. Very quiet and scenic. Grass surrounding the RV pads is lush and green. Pads are wide and level. There seems to be an adequate amount of space between you and other guests. Deer and turkeys came to visit while I was there. Staff were incredibly friendly and personable. Every interaction was genuine and felt as though you were talking to a friend. They clearly like their jobs. I felt like a valued guest. The pool was nice! Clean and warm enough. Not terribly deep as it maxes out at 4.5 feet but good enough to bob around in the water and get a little refreshing exercise. Lounge chairs were in good repair. There's a walking trail around the park with trees and a nice view. Not level but the climb is very easy. They also have miniature golf and a dog park. The office has some sundries like drinks and light snacks. Would like to see them offer a little more but it's good enough for a quick snack if you're at the pool. A shuttle comes through every 20 minutes and will take you to the casino or store. They are super friendly. Shuttle holds 7 passengers so at busy times you may need to wait for the next one. Within the casino there's a cafe with pastries and two restaurants. You can get food to go. FYI their WiFi is spotty and will go in and out. So if you need something reliable I recommend making alternative plans for internet. Booking is easy via their website. You can also book via phone or at their registration office onsite. They are coming to the end of an expansion project which will bring more RV spaces, another pool, and a kids play area. I enjoyed the visit so much I'm already planning my return!

    Beautiful sunsets!!

Yes, Jackson Rancheria RV Park is 1st class. Its beautiful. They are adding many more sites. Anxious to check them out when it is finished. We find the rates high for a Casino property, however they now give Veterans and Good Sam discounts.

Love this RV park, been coming here for years. They recently opened a brand new section for camping, an additional pool, and a new recreation area they will be completed this summer. This place is sparkling clean and the staff is amazing. You could not ask for better!

This is our second visit to Jackson Rancheria RV Park and it is now our top RV Park! The views are picturesque and the spots are great and roomy. I love that the spots are flat concrete spaces with the best grass and a big table. There's a pool, ping pong table, putting green, hot tub, bocce ball and a small dog area as far as amenities go. There is also a nice walking trail around the park which was great for walking my dog. It's super clean even though they are undergoing construction at the moment. The usual store and laundromat on site are closed due to construction but there is a gas station general store not far with basic supplies. The convenience store even has premade food that looked really good. Its a quiet place with no loud partying so keep that in mind if you are looking for that. Very family and dog friendly. Cant wait for them to complete the additional 100 spots because this place is always booked! 10/10 recommend!

They are digging up the concrete in front of the clubhouse.

Upon arrival of Jackson Ranch Area, we discovered that everything is closed due to construction. That is including bathroom, showers, bocce ball etc. Basically we are paying $80 for hook ups and dump station. There is constant construction noise, which we knew when we booked. What we didn't know is that there would not be showers. There are bathrooms on the other end of the RV park. But not near where we booked and paid a premium for the space, but no showers. As of this moment, there is no refund or adjustment to the cost. On the positive side, this is a beautiful campground. There is a path that goes all the way around the campground. It is close to Jackson rancheria casino and if you want, you can take the shuttle over there.

This is what a great campground includes (not all are open during COVID, but is normally available): level paved sites, space between sites, a walking trail, swimming pool and hot tub, horseshoes, table tennis & bocce ball and a free shuttle if you want to go to the casino. I really like how quiet it gets at night, and the views of the mountains. Cancellations can be made up until the day before only losing a deposit. *con-Only one, but it's the dog poo left at our site. I hope they start checking around the sites before new customers pull in.It's disgusting to have to clean up upon arrival. However, I blame the amount of terrible owners that I see more and more these days. It is enjoyable for a quick trip to get away.

This is glamping at its finest! All the sm entities you can want from an RV park including a shuttle to the casino!

First time we stayed here, Full hook ups, we stayed in space 25 and it was at the end of the park with beautiful lawn and view from our rear dining room an patio area. It was a hot weekend so we appreciated the air conditioned shuttle to the casino every 20min. One thing that bothered me was that they didnt enforce the patio nightime lighting rule, our neighbor in 26 had neon color changing led lights on their flag pole and the light shining in our bedroom window kept us awake. Felt like there was flashing neon "vacancy" light outside our window. Otherwise, the concrete pads are very level and space was large enough for our 25ft travel trailer plus our truck. Would go back again!!

Ask the Community - Jackson Rancheria RV Park

Is the wash just for motorhomes or does it work with trailers and 5th wheels? Also, what are the different options that change the price? Is it pretty easy to get in and out of?

The RV and Car Wash at the General Store is a touchless wash so a 5th Wheel should be okay and it is very easy to get in and out of. The price range is $8-$15 for a Car Wash and $40-$50 for the RV Wash. The difference in the price will come for the… Read more

On the fence whether we want to go back or not. Bathrooms and showers need major upgrade and upkeep. Pros: Friendly staff at check in. Pool is huge and deep (9.5 ft deep on one end) and not heated Spray ground Playground Minimal mosquito issues Price Ease of booking campsite Didn't have to worry about bears and putting things in bear bins Cons: Outside staff that drives by don't look too happy to be there Bathrooms near the pool area is extremely dingy/dirty and no door to toilet just open for everyone to see plus the shower next to it was gross. Bathrooms near the tent area were also extremely dingy/dirty. Floors were muddy. Toilet stalls were so narrow that when you turned to squat down the toilet, your face can the touch the door. Showers were gross too. But plenty of hot water. Dusty near the tent area and a lot of dirt gets kicked up especially when people drive too fast. Arcade is outdated. Can hear the cars passing by the highway Tent site was on a slight slope with a lot of twigs that kept cutting our ankles. WiFi was spotty

Our family has been coming to this place for over 20 years. I guess with all things, it can't stay…read moregreat forever. The major changes started when it was purchased by Sun Resorts. Our family stays here annually in October for their Halloween celebrations. We could reserve for the following year during the weekend that we were at the park. However now it seems to be more un organized in that respect. It seems you can now reserve two and three years out making it more difficult for a long-time loyal visitors like us. This last stay we smelled sewage all weekend. I'm not sure if it was the restrooms that we were near or if it was a site emitting the smell. You can pay extra to lock in your site, although we found out that does not guarantee you your location.. In October of 2024 a relative staying for the very first time with their children reserved a cabin with an upper loft. The kids love the upper lofts. However, when they checked in, they discovered they had been moved. Pretty much tucked away and not in the middle of the great Halloween decoration and celebrations that they had planned for. So a year of planning the decorations for that Halloween weekend we're pretty much useless. And the kids did not get their loft as the cabin they removed to was not the same. The dishwasher did not work, there was a sign on it saying do not use, so they knew about it. Instead of sleeping six, it slept four. And the pull-out couch was old and very uncomfortable. That move was blamed on their renovations as the manager now lived in the cabin that they locked in. Not acceptable . It was discovered that they provided a partial refund of that lock-in fee. Their new payment system doesn't show the customer's the history of payments or charges. So she had no idea what they were doing to her account and neither did the office. It was discovered they made an error and needed to refund the full lock-in fee. What's the point of the lock in, right? Also for the poor location of the new cabin, there should have been some kind of compensation. Our new guests were not impressed, and we were embarrassed at how much we boasted about it. Additionally there are have been the replacement of some wonderful sites by permanent residents. There are a lot more permanent residents and not all are tidy, making for eyesores. Since COVID, out of state workers are staying there long term. Not a bad thing except they go to work at around 4:45ish and idle their diesel trucks before leaving the park. Pretty irritating when you're there for a vacation and you're awakened that early by idling trucks. My now adult children have great memories coming to this place every year for Halloween. However the changes have made it a place that I have chosen to no longer visit.

There are a lot of things that we love about this park! 1. Its close to home, and only about a 45 minute drive for us, which is great for quick weekends out.2. The park has completed renovations since we have been coming and have made improvements like repaving the roads and many of the RV pads. Lots of grassy areas as well. 3. Even though there are a lot of families and a lot of kids riding around on their bikes and scooters, the park is surprisingly quiet. This might be due to some of the full-time residents but all of their sites are also very clean and nicely well kept up (one could use some serious improvements though). 4. Everyone is very friendly, including staff.5. The little store and Cafe is perfect for a last-minute gift, grocery item or ice cream! So happy to have this place so close by to get away for a small retreat! I do think there could be a big improvement on their WiFi, it didn't work all weekend even for checking email. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much this past weekend that we ended up adding an additional day to our stay!

Highly recommend and 5 stars for ease to reach a human, ease to book and when we modified a day, no charge and so easy. A true pleasure. You need to know this is not a destination RV park, unless you have business there or nearby. It would have been really hard to arrive or leave in the middle of the tournament with cars lined up to get in and tents up at the other RVs for players to come hang out. We thought it was cool as we were part of the tournament, just not playing there. If we thought we were camping, well it would be disappointing. That said, full hook ups very cool. Parking was a little harder as we were in space 2 with an oversized rig in space 1 and I pulled in to back into the space but the curb makes it hard even being tiny. Not as bad as the Disneyland RV parking, but a challenge pulling in and trying to make it around the really big guy. In retrospect, backup up to our space and then turning into the spot would have been so much better. The spots are 90 degrees backing in so just plan accordingly before you pull up and figure it out. Flying roaches, LOTS of them when you take the top off the sewer area. NOT in the sewers but they are trying to get there and will fly up at you when you lift the lid, so my drop in star.. beware. Otherwise non-eventful with the roaches, but there were like 30+ roaches we were spraying and just trying to make them run the other way. We would definitely stay here again if there was an event onsite. So cool to just be right there. We had no issue with the internet for streaming or working on laptop.
