The Jackson Rancheria RV Park is a breeze just off Highway 88 in Jackson, California. This RV park easily accommodates large rigs, with plenty of pull‑through sites as well as back‑in spaces. The park is divided into four RV areas, each with its own unique feel. There are two pools: one designed more for kids, and the other a simpler, quieter pool that adults tend to prefer, though both are fully family‑friendly. A couple of clubhouses are also available for group events if needed. Campsites come with full hookups--power, water, and sewer--along with generous green spaces between sites that make the whole area feel open and relaxed. Each site includes a picnic bench, which is surprisingly convenient. Security patrols the park regularly, creating a very safe environment. The property is pet‑friendly, with plenty of grassy areas for dogs and a paved walking trail that loops around the entire campground. I was actually surprised at how many dogs were around when I really looked but no barking or other surprises on the grass. In other words, very responsible dog owners. A shuttle runs on a regular schedule to pick up guests and take them to the main casino, where you'll find gambling, restaurants, and a variety of activities. The views are spectacular, with densely wooded hillsides, rolling terrain, and plenty of wildlife including deer, squirrels, and more. We've been coming here since 2016 every other month. We stayed in one of the new sections recently opened. Absolutely outstanding. Two concerns 1: the night lighting is extremely bright compared to the original park. Way too bright!! This can be easily remedied by replacing the bulbs with a different color with less power. One of the reasons we love this park as they only had one road in and out. Much safer. They added another entrance and exit. Hopefully they police this extra entrance/exit. We will continue to come here for years. Hopefully, they dim the bright lighting! read more

We decided to come here for a weekend and what an amazing time we had. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The grounds I can't say enough about. They have to lager swimming pools and 3 hot tubs. Very clean bathrooms. Shuttle service to the casino a nice restaurant on the second floor. If you want to go into town you do need your own vehicle. Which we did not have but it was fine. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Can't wait to come back to make more memories. read more

Had a great stay here! The grounds are very well maintained. Very quiet and scenic. Grass surrounding the RV pads is lush and green. Pads are wide and level. There seems to be an adequate amount of space between you and other guests. Deer and turkeys came to visit while I was there. Staff were incredibly friendly and personable. Every interaction was genuine and felt as though you were talking to a friend. They clearly like their jobs. I felt like a valued guest. The pool was nice! Clean and warm enough. Not terribly deep as it maxes out at 4.5 feet but good enough to bob around in the water and get a little refreshing exercise. Lounge chairs were in good repair. There's a walking trail around the park with trees and a nice view. Not level but the climb is very easy. They also have miniature golf and a dog park. The office has some sundries like drinks and light snacks. Would like to see them offer a little more but it's good enough for a quick snack if you're at the pool. A shuttle comes through every 20 minutes and will take you to the casino or store. They are super friendly. Shuttle holds 7 passengers so at busy times you may need to wait for the next one. Within the casino there's a cafe with pastries and two restaurants. You can get food to go. FYI their WiFi is spotty and will go in and out. So if you need something reliable I recommend making alternative plans for internet. Booking is easy via their website. You can also book via phone or at their registration office onsite. They are coming to the end of an expansion project which will bring more RV spaces, another pool, and a kids play area. I enjoyed the visit so much I'm already planning my return! read more

Since the new camp sites opened, it really feels like corners were cut in the new area. The new area is very cramped, and the sites only have one water connection, which is not very convenient. The shuttle service was also a major issue. We waited over an hour, even after calling three times, and it never showed up. When it does run, it's very small (only fitting about six people at a time) so many guests are left waiting. On top of that, the atmosphere has become much louder and more unruly than in the past years we have come over 10 years. At one point, campers had tables and a volleyball net set up blocking the entire street like if it were their own could de sac which it is a through street , and security drove by multiple times without addressing it, Overall disappointed for the experience and price $100/night not worth it. read more

Beautiful R.V. park surrounded by nothing but nature. I've been coming here for a while now. I've been very happy with the facility's and staff , however I think it's a shame that in this huge park now they didn't bother to put more dog areas. The existing one is tucked in a very small , muddy area ( in the winter ) next to the maintenance shed. Please do better. Especially now that they expanded way more but still no plans for more dog parks. read more

We were very excited to go, but unfortunately, the climate weather predicted that it was going to rain and very cold so we decided not to go but we were charged and it was OK. Very nice place to go I like playing g kino and they have a dedicated area so you don't have a lot of people walking around you as you getting ready to hit it big. the staff working there are great I talk to them every time I go they remember you and just fills like old friends when you see eachother just take it slow have a good time no alcohol on the floor you have to go up to restaurant / bar in back by bingo hall take elevator up i real like the place it's my favorite casino. This is our second visit to Jackson Rancheria RV Park and it is now our top RV Park! The views are picturesque and the spots are great and roomy. I love that the spots are flat concrete spaces with the best grass and a big table. There's a pool, ping pong table, putting green, hot tub, bocce ball and a small dog area as far as amenities go. There is also a nice walking trail around the park which was great for walking my dog. It's super clean even though they are undergoing construction at the moment. The usual store and laundromat on site are closed due to construction but there is a gas station general store not far with basic supplies. The convenience store even has premade food that looked really good. Its a quiet place with no loud partying so keep that in mind if you are looking for that. Very family and dog friendly. Cant wait for them to complete the additional 100 spots because this place is always booked! 10/10 recommend! read more

4.5 Stars. This park is well built, maintained and staffed. The pads are all concrete and level. There are amenities such as the clubhouse, pool, mini golf and a paved walking path. There's a gym and another pool you may use in the hotel. A shuttle van runs to the casino and gas station store most of the day since they are designated on non-pedestrian/bicycle roads since there are no sidewalks and casino visitors drink, and after their hours security will pick you up. Security rides through often. The RV Park itself is 4.5 star since the laundry is under construction and unavailable. The casino reeks of cigarette smoke so even if we wanted to eat there we'll pass. I'd rate them 5 stars if the casino was non smoking. read more

We went there a few years ago! The amenities were all fantastic and we loved the view! I'm not much of a gambler, but I had an absolute blast with everyone. Our RV club had on of the banquet rooms for our Pot Lucks. Checked in 07/31/25 and checked out 08/03/25. Wished we could have stayed longer, and will definitely be back! The RV Park is surrounded by pine trees and oak trees making it feel like you are at a higher elevation in the mountains. Each RV site is on level concrete and twice the width of your RV. There is approximately 15 foot of grass on each side of your RV, which is very pleasant. The roadways to get to the RV sites are wide enough for three vehicles to go down making it easy if you have a back in sight. There were no vehicles parked sideways across the front of their RV. Every site had plenty of room for the truck/trailer or motorhome. The check-in staff were super nice and and were very helpful. Each site had an 8 foot picnic table that was very clean. The trees around the sites are moderately mature and provide nice shade. On Saturday and Sunday the RV park was full yet it was very quiet because all the sites are spread out so well. I absolutely recommend this RV park, it is well worth the price for such a beautiful and clean place to stay. If you enjoy fine, dining or gambling a shuttle comes by every 20 minutes to drop you off at the casino or bring you back from the casino. We found the employees at the casino to be just as friendly as the staff at the RV park. read more

Another great RV park weather you're into the casino life or not. They have 100 full hook-up spots with 30/50 amp service. Pretty decent size concrete pads and they are level. The offer Wi-Fi, heated pool/hot tub, clubhouse, restrooms, showers, laundry, horseshoes, putting green, ping pong, bocce ball and a walking path. There is also a general store right down the road from the park and a touch less RV wash. If you want to hit the casino, you will see a shuttle make its rounds about every 30 minutes or so. read more

Upon arrival of Jackson Ranch Area, we discovered that everything is closed due to construction. That is including bathroom, showers, bocce ball etc. Basically we are paying $80 for hook ups and dump station. There is constant construction noise, which we knew when we booked. What we didn't know is that there would not be showers. There are bathrooms on the other end of the RV park. But not near where we booked and paid a premium for the space, but no showers. As of this moment, there is no refund or adjustment to the cost. On the positive side, this is a beautiful campground. There is a path that goes all the way around the campground. It is close to Jackson rancheria casino and if you want, you can take the shuttle over there. read more

This is what a great campground includes (not all are open during COVID, but is normally available): level paved sites, space between sites, a walking trail, swimming pool and hot tub, horseshoes, table tennis & bocce ball and a free shuttle if you want to go to the casino. I really like how quiet it gets at night, and the views of the mountains. Cancellations can be made up until the day before only losing a deposit. *con-Only one, but it's the dog poo left at our site. I hope they start checking around the sites before new customers pull in.It's disgusting to have to clean up upon arrival. However, I blame the amount of terrible owners that I see more and more these days. It is enjoyable for a quick trip to get away. read more

First time we stayed here, Full hook ups, we stayed in space 25 and it was at the end of the park with beautiful lawn and view from our rear dining room an patio area. It was a hot weekend so we appreciated the air conditioned shuttle to the casino every 20min. One thing that bothered me was that they didnt enforce the patio nightime lighting rule, our neighbor in 26 had neon color changing led lights on their flag pole and the light shining in our bedroom window kept us awake. Felt like there was flashing neon "vacancy" light outside our window. Otherwise, the concrete pads are very level and space was large enough for our 25ft travel trailer plus our truck. This is our 10th visit to Jackson RV Park. It's an easy drive here from Hayward. Not many twists and turns and incline only the last 20 miles or so. Cleanest park we've ever been to. It's immaculate from the grounds, to the pool, to the bathrooms. Nice shuttle to the Casino every 15 minutes with pick up and delivery direct to your RV. When the world is normal, they will also drive you to their store (but restricted with COVID) My favorite pool of all RV Parks we've been to thus far. it's warm and toasty all year long. Nice hot tubs too (these are all closed at this time due to Covid) Not sure we will take the chance visiting the casino this trip (it's open) but have been many times and it's nice and clean. Lone Wolf restaurant upstairs at the casino has great ambiance and every meal I've ever had here has been delicious! Reservations for an RV spot are hard to come by due to popularity but they book a year in advance so you've just got to be patient for your trip. This use to be a nice park, now they let old run down looking motor homes in , the grass is not cut, dog pens all over, dogs left unattended out side of trailers, kids riding motor scooters. Management either doesn't care or are too busy to take control. read more

My first rv experience was 5 stars all the way for staying at this resort. Even during pandemic rules and regulations, 90°+ heat, closed pool and spas, the cleanliness and maintenance and landscaping still made for a beautiful stay. Casino shuttle every 20 minutes. All super friendly and helpful staff. Truly a 10 out of 10. Great for dogs! Large grass edged spaces with mid size trees for shade well placed around park. Will definitely return, hopefully when things loosen up on opening pools and restaurants. Easy hookups for novice like me. 50,30,2-20 amp , cable, wi-fi, 2 water spigots. Always a pleasure, except for all the dogs. Barking at 5 am, dog crap on the lawns and pavement. I have to say it's the careless owners. The park has numerous bag dispensers for poop pick up but some don't use obviously. May be it's time to not allow pets . We stayed 4 nights last week with a group of 10 rigs....Beautiful park and super clean...Nicely laid out spaces...You're not on top of others like some corporate places...I realize that everyone has a self contained rig, but it would be helpful if there was one more bathroom in the middle or at the very least, if the far bathroom had shower facilities... Also the WiFi was awful...The woman in the office said they had towers all through the park, but clearly they are inadequate...In this day and age strong WiFi is expected.... read more

Ok so I am not the savvy RV goer or camper as this was our 2nd RV trip..so here's goes We arrived late because of traffic and. An issue getting out RV... The office was closed but the attendant was waiting for us by the entrance... Very nice she gave us out site number and asked us to just set up and take care of everything in the morning... All of the staff from the shuttle drivers, landscapers, tribal security guards and office staff are super friendly. They have a pool, hot tub, bocce court, hot shoe pits, putting Green, and a dog run. The clubhouse has two tvs a fridge and a place to cook food if needed and plenty of tables and chairs. They have coffee and tea in the clubhouse. Facilities was super clean...3 shower stalls for men, restroom and another one inside clubhouse. Plus one more restroom on the other side of the rv site. All were super clean. They have free wifi through the site... And it's pretty fast and reliable. They have a shuttle that will take to the local casino and even to general store in entrance to the property... Very quiet at night and even during the day when the landscapers are not making the grassy area a pristine. Plus they have a ping ping Table and foosball table outside the clubhouse.. Sites are full hookups with 20, 30 and 50 amp. A picnic table at each site very level sites and plenty of space between each site Will def stop here the next time we are in this neck of the woods. This was my our first trip to this park and we left early and very upset and disappointed. We were made to feel as though we did not belong here or fit the "image" the manager said they are trying to maintain. I called ahead of time because I read that the pool would be closed. Because it was due to be a very hot week, I asked if they would be opening it early and was told no but that would they were permitting slip and slides and sprinklers. Because we have little ones, I asked if we could bring kiddie pools and was told yes. So, we made the trip and brought our kiddie pools to keep the kids cool and provide some fun. When we arrived, I asked staff working near our site about parking since we had never been there. They said we could park in front or behind our trailer or in this open space near the dumpsters since it wasn't being serviced. I thought, perfect. A friend who was also staying with her daughter in another site, drove down to see us. She was asked to move her vehicle as it was near the edge of the grass and they don't want people parking on the grass. It wasn't on the grass but she moved anyway to that open parking space. She was later told she couldn't park there. We mentioned that we were told we could use that space. He let it go. We thought it odd to make a stink since that space wasn't being utilized and there wasn't another site nearby. Additionally, We situated our kiddie pools for the kiddos when we arrived using a portion of the grass within our site. The first two days, many people said hello in passing and commented on what a good idea the kiddie pools were (guests and staff). We began noticing on our third day that staff were circling our site... driving by slowly. Then later that morning a staff member came by in a good cart asking us to remove the pools from the grassy area and onto concrete. We asked why and the man said he had been asked to tell us to move them. That we would need to go to the office Nd speak with someone. My husband and I both went to the office and were told that they take pride in their lawn and the pools would kill the grass. I explained that we had young children including a one year old so that did not seem safe and we were not prepared with mats or anything to provide any kind of cushion. I also explained that I spoke with staff prior to our trip since the pool was closed and I was advised that I was permitted to bring a slip and slide and such. That I told the person we would be bringing kiddie pools which she said was not an issue. Now it is! I had asked to speak with the manager who again stated they take pride in their lawn and said we cannot have the kid pools on the lawn. I told him I felt this was really petty. We were not staying very long and we moved the pools after play so the pools were not remaining on the grassy area for the length of our trip. This was still an issue. He said they will kill the grass and just can't be there. I had asked for the contact information for legal and those above him. He told me it is tribal land so they don't operate that way. That they make their own rules.... I said, yes it seems you make them up as you go because it did not state in the rules of the park that the grassy area could not be utilized. I told the manager I felt we were being targeted since we were the only campers that had canopies up and a full camp set up. The manager said they like to maintain an image and feel of their park. I told him that apparently we didn't fit that image because we are being made to feel like we don't belong. He said that it would be the same if we arrived in an unkept or unsightly trailer, that we would be turned away. I told him we take pride in the things we hve and feel lucky we have a nice travel trailer to camp with the fam. I asked if it were an issue that we didn't have a 400-500k class A. We asked for our money back and said we will be departing and never returning (assume this was what he wanted to hear). They provided a refund and we packed up the kiddos and our stuff and departed. This was such a disappointment. Our kids were having a good time which was interrupted by the unwarranted and unnecessary ask by staff to adjust our set up (after it had been that way on and off since we arrived). Yea it seems petty that we were unwilling to move our pools but the point was that we should have been advised when I called prior to our arriving or we should have been told when we initially put the pools on the lawn. Our fun was centered around the kids having a good time which involved the use of the pools since it was so hot and the parks pools were closed. This is why it is such a problem. If we were retired, had a million dollar Class A, and were frequenting the casino, we would have been left alone. But that wasn't the case. We were a young family innocently enjoying ourselves and keeping to ourselves. This does not fit their mold. Noted. read more

Hands down the best RV Park I have ever been to! The lots and grass areas are very spacious, they have their own casino shuttles that can pick you up without leaving our campsite. Hookups are complete with 50amp and HD cable TV. My family loves it as the kids can swim in the pool behind the front office and everyone else can spend a night at the casino. Whatever you do don't hit the red button at the hot tubs! There seems to be no towing or size compromises as the campground is built for the biggest of RVs so don't feel shy glamping! There's a nice path along the campground to ride a bike or take your dog on a walk. There's nothing else like it, great quality, great scenery, great staff, and the rest is all up to you! read more

Listen Rancheria.. usually a huge fan. Your grounds are beautiful as usual.. we've been coming here since the beginning, however...It's a different time and Covid is running things. RV'ing if done correctly is safe and great. But YOU are basically hosting a giant tailgate party. People 5-6 sites deep hanging together in one site.. REALLY loud music.. clearly drunk unmasked folks all over. People kept stumbling into my campsite. Other RV parks are limiting to just family units and enforcing masks. I'm disappointed to see multiple groups of 20 or more, roving bands of teenagers unmasked and people with their huge packs of chairs hanging into the street. This trash vibe isn't what I'm used to here.. why are you allowing this during a horrible pandemic? Also why aren't you doing contactless check in? Rancheria your behind in the times and this atmosphere is encouraging spread of the virus. If people don't care they should just stay home and party with friends in their yard. I'd like to enjoy my time out (that I paid for!) at a responsible establishment minus the risk. LAME!!! Staff seriously, make some rules and take some passes around to see what's happening, enforce the masks, enforce the size of the groups. This was super hard to watch. read more
