It pains me to give a 2 star review. I have never done this before but we recently attended an event in Jackson and bought our 4 month old little girl with us. I have family locally who have loved using this and recommended it to us, so we were excited when they told us they had an infant specialist. I meet their sitter who shared a background of being a grandmother to several babies, and little else. When I started going over my little ones schedule she didn't take any notes, ask any questions, and only commented that I had a late bedtime (I was keeping her on PST). Finally frustrated I had my husband write down my instructions for her to make sure we stayed on schedule. It wasn't complicated- it was play, a bath, a bottle before bed, and off to sleep. I got a few texts saying the baby was fussy but all was ok and not to worry. However she we returned we found the babies bottle 90% full and my baby face down in the crib and the nanny watching TV. What newborn specialist puts a baby down on her tummy with asking the parents? She claimed she wanted to sleep that way but considering she has never slept on her tummy or was capable or rolling there I don't believe it. I think she let her cry it out. I also don't get why she let the baby go to bed without eating even half of their bottle? Or called me to let me know. The worst part, I called the company and they did nothing. I'm truly bummed as we come to this area a lot and I have no confidence in this service customer focus and or screening of their sitters. read more

We were in Jackson for my brother's wedding and needed a babysitter for our 4 month old. This was the first time we'd be leaving him with a non family member so I was a little nervous. I spoke with Kelly, one of the owners, and she was very helpful and reassuring. Our babysitter Marija was wonderful and everything went very smoothly. Kelly also said she could work with us on crib/baby equipment rentals but we ended up bringing our own stuff. Would definitely use them if in town again, and also highly recommend! read more

I've used Jackson Hole Babysitting on a number of occasions prior to moving here and after moving here. We've always felt extremely comfortable leaving our children (5, 3, and 7 months) with each babysitter who has taken care of our kids. Each sitter has come armed with books or crafts to engage our kids and always keep us updated throughout their time with them. We've never felt the need to give strict guidelines to the sitters in regards to play, bedtime, etc as we know routines can change when we as parents aren't the ones there putting our kids to bed, for example. But each time we've felt comfortable with the sitters and trust in their abilities to take care of our children and adjust bedtime routines as needed. read more

We were recommended Amanda and her team through our wedding planner and we were able to use them back in February (prior to our wedding in June) on a short vacay. Debbie was prompt and so friendly. Our son immediately too to her and she was flexible with our time as we arrived back later than originally scheduled for both days we had her. We're looking forward to having Debbie again for our wedding day to make the whole experience that much better!! We highly recommend this company!! read more
