When she went to her immigration apt she was told she should of not even filed due to moving to another state and having to wait 3 months. The employee knew she was moving when completing the paperwork. When you pay for a service the workers should know the rules and guidelines for their clients. Now my daughter in law is out $1000. We went today to try to get them to rectify the situation and was basically treated poorly and with no respect. They wouldn't answer our questions and refused to tell me who the owner of the company was or show us their business license. They actually walked away from us and went in their office and called us on the phone while we were still in their lobby.
