I'm severely disappointed in the service this company offers. This was my first year filling through them, and there was problems from the beginning, not having information on the services, not understanding why things aren't working the way they were supposed to. Then finally my taxes were done, days after initially coming in to file, and I was told I would getting $690 back on my state taxes and then the sum for my federal. So my federal taxes came, minus the $501 that I paid to get them filed but no news on my state, so i waited. Here two months almost after I filed I called Idaho state tax comm to find out what was going on, they told me Jackson Hewitt filed wrong and that I wasn't going to get $690 back, but that I owed them money. So I called Jackson Hewitt to see what could be done, sorry we can't do anything except give you a $57 filling fee back for the state taxes, even though we guaranteed your taxes were correct. NEVER again will I use a company that has no care or concern for there customers. I am a mother of six, with a disabled husband who supports my whole family, that money is counted on, and expected when it's guaranteed. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE using them for there taxes. read more
