He wouldn't even give me an itemized statement of my money and where and what is what used for I gave him. He gave me no records of my file and what was done. However, when we showed up for our scheduled appt (after setting up through the website AND receiving confirmations and reminders the day of), we found the business closed and phone not working. What a waste of time...and we traveled quite a distance with a small infant. Now we have to scramble to get an appointment somewhere else. Shut down your website. Not a classy way to treat people.
