At the time he told me he could help me and communicate to IRS on my behave about my situation so I paid him $750.00 as per his word. Well, he did not help me one bit as promised, he never talked to them, as I had to go somewhere else and pay them too to help me. He refused to give me my money back or any portion of it as I only had a very brief phone call with him maybe 3 minutes to be exact. Not worth $750.00 for 3 minutes of anyone's time. He wouldn't even give me an itemized statement of my money and where and what is what used for I gave him. He gave me no records of my file and what was done. Ya'll need to run somewhere else right now. I feel he took big time advantage of me I'm a retiree senior citizen living on a senior budget and he knew it too. Very surprising to me he could treat me or anyone like this. My opinion he doesn't deserve your business and it's all about the money, well, he'll never get mine or my family & friends and hopefully your's ever again. I'm thankful I have this platform to report the theft I encountered in my situation with Jim F. He never wanted to talk to me about this except to tell me he wasn't giving my money back. Wow so upsetting and disturbing that my retirement monthly pension had to go to him. Shame on you Jim F. However, when we showed up for our scheduled appt (after setting up through the website AND receiving confirmations and reminders the day of), we found the business closed and phone not working.
