I drove my well-running 2006 Kia Sedona LX Van to Don's Auto Repair for the simple tasks of spark plug and fuel injector replacements. When I came back the next day to pickup the Van, the Van was not running well at all and the check engine light was on revealing several error codes. Don's auto repair did not know what to do next or how to fix the error codes so I took my mis-firing, chugging and jerking - Kia van home in Burley. They did not offer to refund any part of the money - that was in excess of $500. Now, I am having my Kia Van towed (excess of $300) to Twin Falls to the Hyundai Dealer to fix the errors which will be in the neighborhood south of $1,500 - $2,000. Maybe when Don was there working, my Van would have been fixed right and if not, a refund would have been offered. UGG!!! The best words that comes to my mind on this business - from the Latin words, "CAVEAT EMPTOR" - let the buyer beware! I do not recommend this business for auto repairs or at least on Kia and/or Hyundai Vans.

I called and thankfully they said they would see if they could help. We arrived and just as mechanic Robbie had some time and was able to help immediatley! Don directed us to a nearby park to wait since we had our dogs with us. He even offered to drive us someplace in his truck! Robbie tried several fixes and tests and was not sure if the problem was fixed but had done what he could and we decided to move on. I don't know if the sensor just needed some adjusting or what Robbie did but the probem never reoccured! We're so grateful for Don and Robbie taking time to help us at a moments notice and for their friendliness and hospitality. They could have easily said we'd just have to wait until they could get to it but they worked us right in and we got on our way without too much delay and our dogs had a great time at the park!

I called this company and they responded quickly (within 15 minutes) with a can of gas. The service man knew where a special funnel was located, in my spare tire compartment, and used it to put gas in my tank. I would have had no idea how to do it. We were in town again and had a flat tire. Of course, we came to Young Chrysler and were met by Service Representative Madison. Even though she was short staffed she managed to find the time to get our tire fixed under one hour. And she did not charge us for the service. First time this has ever happened to us. We came back a few days later for routine maintenance. Of course Madison greeted us. Madison and the staff at this dealership know how to provide a positive customer experience. They deserve five stars since their service department continues to provide excellent consistent service. We are visiting again today on January 8, 2018 - we traveled to Rupert from Minnesota to visit family and had our Dodge Ram truck serviced. We were from out of town on vacation and needed an oil change and a check up on our Chrysler Town and Country. We called the service department and got an appointment the very next morning. They went above and beyond with additional service without charge (i.e. installed our front license plate and checked our brakes and A/C at our request). Also they said they could refinance my other vehicle so I said great, once I was able to view that paperwork and the truck, I found out they had added all types of extras at the tune of about $12,000. Also seen the vehicle had not been refinanced but purchased and resold to me at a higher rate and a higher payment. Long Story short, had to get rid of the other vehicle due to the cost difference, and now they expect me to pay more money on the truck I picked up! This dealership is Shady AF and shouldn't be aloud to operate as a business anywhere! Now it's non stop harassment from this dealership and their legal team! Worst experience ever!
