I drove my well-running 2006 Kia Sedona LX Van to Don's Auto Repair for the simple tasks of spark plug and fuel injector replacements. When I came back the next day to pickup the Van, the Van was not running well at all and the check engine light was on revealing several error codes. Don's auto repair did not know what to do next or how to fix the error codes so I took my mis-firing, chugging and jerking - Kia van home in Burley. They did not offer to refund any part of the money - that was in excess of $500. Now, I am having my Kia Van towed (excess of $300) to Twin Falls to the Hyundai Dealer to fix the errors which will be in the neighborhood south of $1,500 - $2,000. Maybe when Don was there working, my Van would have been fixed right and if not, a refund would have been offered. UGG!!! The best words that comes to my mind on this business - from the Latin words, "CAVEAT EMPTOR" - let the buyer beware! I do not recommend this business for auto repairs or at least on Kia and/or Hyundai Vans.

I called and thankfully they said they would see if they could help. We arrived and just as mechanic Robbie had some time and was able to help immediatley! Don directed us to a nearby park to wait since we had our dogs with us. He even offered to drive us someplace in his truck! Robbie tried several fixes and tests and was not sure if the problem was fixed but had done what he could and we decided to move on. I don't know if the sensor just needed some adjusting or what Robbie did but the probem never reoccured! We're so grateful for Don and Robbie taking time to help us at a moments notice and for their friendliness and hospitality. They could have easily said we'd just have to wait until they could get to it but they worked us right in and we got on our way without too much delay and our dogs had a great time at the park!

This of course was when I noticed that all but one of my valve stem extensions were missing. There were originally 6 installed. I attempted to check and adjust the tire pressures on the right rear, and noticed the inner valve stem was not lined up. And that a regular valve stem cap was installed on the inside dual. This resulted in my having to lift the truck, remove the outer tire and then spin it to get the valve stems realigned and adjust the tire pressures as needed. While my wife was in your store, I asked her to check on the price to install 4 new tires that we would provide; and was very surprised she was quoted $240 to do the same dismount/mount & balance for 4 tires that you had just completed and charged her $80 for. When asked why the big discrepancy, she was told if you damaged a tire that you did not provide, that you'd have to replace it. Which, the tires that you just rotated were not your tires, so if you damaged one of those, then what do you do? When you combine all of the issues I found in just a simple tire rotation, and what looks to me like price gouging, unless I can get a better explanation I will probably not be coming back to your store with my trucks.

******This is by far the worst and dishonest dealership in the entire nation********…read more I saw an advertised used Sprinter Van online, called in and spoke with a salesman named Rey Vega. After some few back n forth, we agreed on price sight unseen thinking that the sales person would disclose everything wrong with the van. By the way, the only reason i looked at that Van is because the color matches my fleet, that was it. I asked Rey Vega to drive the van, look over it and disclose any thing wrong. Found out , he never did. Long story short.. Vehicle was delivered after some 2 weeks , found out that the vans emission has been deleted. They sold me a DELETED VAN which is illegal under the federal Clean Air Act. Tampering with or removing emissions equipment (like DPF, EGR, or SCR), and recent EPA rules mean that even with proposed deregulations, this remains a federal crime. No disclosure whatsoever. That's one. Secondly, the complete REAR END ASSEMBLY of the van is gone. Sales man Rey Vega got me to speak to MOSES MEDINA who was soo rude, he was straight out spilling thrash, very condescending, very dishonest and i decided not to talk to him further. As at today the 13th day of May, the van i bought from this dealership on 2nd of February 2026 is still at the shop. I sent pictures of everything to the Sales man who admitted in his messages that he was clueless. I would be surprised to see anyone reach out to me but i am currently making consultations on my option and to put this out here for other buyers. Stay away from this place and take your business elsewhere. READ THE REVIEWS!!!!! . A DISHONEST BUNCH

I had one of the worst vehicle purchasing experiences of my life with Young Automotive Group…read more I purchased a 2024 Ram 3500 for over $72,000, and the entire process, from payment to delivery, was disorganized, poorly communicated, and ultimately unacceptable. I mailed payment on January 30th. The dealership received it February 9th. Paperwork was completed and returned by February 13th, and I was told everything was good to go. What followed was weeks of delays, unclear timelines, and constant follow-ups on my end just to get basic updates. Delivery was a mess. I was given incorrect timelines, no clear communication, and my wife was left coordinating a late-night handoff around 9PM with two young children after multiple delays and missed calls from the transporter. We were also never clearly told that the transport company would not be taking the trade-in at the same time. When the truck finally arrived, there was no paperwork included as promised. I had to follow up days later just to get it emailed. Then came the most serious issue. The truck failed Maryland state inspection almost immediately due to a cut in the tire sidewall that had been covered with rubber tape and transmission fluid leak. I was explicitly told before purchasing that the transmission issues had been resolved with a replacement. That was clearly not the case. Despite all of this, I was forced to pay out of pocket to replace a damaged tire that should never have passed any inspection, let alone been sold on a $72,000 truck. I also made my first payment on this vehicle before I even had it in my possession. I escalated this to executive leadership, including the President and Vice President, and received no response. At the end of the day, I paid a premium price for what should have been a smooth, professional transaction. Instead, I dealt with poor communication, questionable vehicle condition, and zero accountability. Buyers beware, this experience was unacceptable from start to finish.
