Then que was full & no guarantee to be served. Having sequential numbers for customers could possibly clarify for numbers of persons per day & post to public. DMV.foes not have the best reputation overall. No matter the state. Told no appts apparently false but online for driving tests ? WHY NOT FOR TRANSACTIONS ? By six o'clock, they canceled the service for the day my bus would have. depart at 825 they sent me a lovely email saying how they were going to give me a free trip or a refund which I think is funny. Because, I already paid for the original trip, nothing is free!!! i contacted customer service and explained that I already booked my hotel had my ride all set up customer service barely speaks english. She didn't even understand me and had explained that I could rebook online. I rebooked for sunday now without a hotel room to go to. sitting here in medford oregon now once again three hours delayed. This trip has cost me $400 dollars and two days and i'm still sitting at the pickup location honestly would have been better off renting a car.

Medford Greyhound is a new location that opened in 08, and is at the Rogue Valley Transportation District's Front Street Station. It's useful and well located and specific to Greyhound, and I've come through here twice now, when I was touring up and down the West Coast on a 2 month Greyhound pass. What a great experience it was and this was one of the little towns I remember, with a decent station that is shiny and new and fit for purpose.

The only reason that I am giving 2 stars and not one is because the wait time was quick. However,…read morethe sassy, little snot that helped us was literally rude from moment one, when he sarcastically told us to start the trend correctly from the start in regard to the self serve kiosk. He was so rude to the gentleman that we were with, who is hard of hearing to start, and really needed expert guidance on his situation. I did not get the name of the DMV rep, but he is unmistakable. He is thin, sassy with short black pants and white socks, and dry 80's style floof hair. We were probably his 3rd client, so I have no idea why he was so rude and mean. After assuming that this poor man knew what and why he had to do what he will have to do, he said, and I quote, "Once you have that done, you can do whatever the hell you want." In no way, shape or form did this man deserve to be spoken to like this. If you do not like your job or people, do NOT get a job in customer service. I am fine with a little bit of sass in anyone, but being a mean, bitchy brat will never be tolerated by me. His sign on his window stated how customers with attitude or who are abusive will not be tolerated, well the same goes for lil Miss thang behind the counter. You should be ashamed of yourself. Yes literally - you will catch your bus outside the grocery store. I've done it enough times to know how it goes. My ex (sort of) open relationshippy type girl lives here and I came here on the bus a couple times as a youngun. I guess there are worse and much less safe places to catch a bus, but it's a shame that this is the best you'll get to see - just a big chain store and nothing special - when you come to gorgeous lush Ashland. I think they would be better off having the buses go from downtown or something but that's the way it goes.
