Found out any additional problems by showing me where the damages are and future problems will occur with rust from wear and tears of components and parts. He is reliable, on time, gives cost estimates quotes, gives ETA to arrive to be at your place, has his own tools and equipment, pays attention to details of what seems wrong by pointing it out to me ASAP due to safety, took metal scraps with him of considering environmental impact instead of throwing in the garbage, quick clean of his hand prints on the garage door and garage door button, give some discount, pro-Canadian Forces support and any A+ company. I am very highly recommended for repairing garage doors. The two part 1/4 inch thick glass insert is cut 3/4 of an inch on all sides too big so you get no R value aside from the 1/8 inch plastic trim around the glass. Poor quality I called a year ago . 1 year warranty on paint from installation . They know their product is sub standard and won't do anything for you. The first time they came a few years ago, a part was replaced and the gentleman double checked all the parts connected to the garage door. He opened and closed the door numerous times to ensure they door was even and that the door was opening and stopping at the right height. I stayed in the garage and chatted with him the whole time. The second time more recently, they replaced the springs and he was able to complete the job quickly. You won't have to miss too much time from work since they are fast.

I was surprised when he offered to come right away but, since supper was waiting, i asked him to come the next morning. He showed up promptly at 9:00 am with the broken part in his hand. My car was parked in the garage an hour later. Contrast this with the service I'm getting with a similar problem in my recliner. The service technician took two and a half weeks to show up and left 15 minutes later saying that the motor didn't work (my amateur diagnosis) and that a new motor had to be ordered from the manufacturer, no location specified as to their location. Also no guarantees that the technician will come as soon as the part is received. Good work Alex and I will recommend you to anyone who asks me.

They called me 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to tell me that they couldn't make it and wanted me to rebook for the weekend. I was hesitant but agreed. When the time came to do the work, the same thing happened. They called me shortly before the appointment to tell me they "had a flat tire." Again, I was extremely suspicious and suspected I was being taken for a ride but I rebooked. When the technician finally showed up, he was incredibly unprepared. At one point, I actually had to get up on a ladder and help him position the opener. I'm an able-bodied person and so it wasn't a big deal for me, but what would happen if this person had to work with somebody who has mobility issues? The opener was massively overpriced. I paid $800 for an opener that only comes with a single remote. The integration with the key panel doesn't work anymore and the technician made no effort to rectify the issue. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. I would strongly urge you to seek out another company to handle any garage related issues that you run into.
