The two part 1/4 inch thick glass insert is cut 3/4 of an inch on all sides too big so you get no R value aside from the 1/8 inch plastic trim around the glass. Poor quality I called a year ago . 1 year warranty on paint from installation . They know their product is sub standard and won't do anything for you. The first time they came a few years ago, a part was replaced and the gentleman double checked all the parts connected to the garage door. He opened and closed the door numerous times to ensure they door was even and that the door was opening and stopping at the right height. I stayed in the garage and chatted with him the whole time. When the time came to do the work, the same thing happened. They called me shortly before the appointment to tell me they "had a flat tire." Again, I was extremely suspicious and suspected I was being taken for a ride but I rebooked. When the technician finally showed up, he was incredibly unprepared. At one point, I actually had to get up on a ladder and help him position the opener. I'm an able-bodied person and so it wasn't a big deal for me, but what would happen if this person had to work with somebody who has mobility issues? The opener was massively overpriced. I paid $800 for an opener that only comes with a single remote. The integration with the key panel doesn't work anymore and the technician made no effort to rectify the issue. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. I would strongly urge you to seek out another company to handle any garage related issues that you run into.
