The two part 1/4 inch thick glass insert is cut 3/4 of an inch on all sides too big so you get no R value aside from the 1/8 inch plastic trim around the glass. I was surprised when he offered to come right away but, since supper was waiting, i asked him to come the next morning. He showed up promptly at 9:00 am with the broken part in his hand. My car was parked in the garage an hour later. Contrast this with the service I'm getting with a similar problem in my recliner. The service technician took two and a half weeks to show up and left 15 minutes later saying that the motor didn't work (my amateur diagnosis) and that a new motor had to be ordered from the manufacturer, no location specified as to their location. Also no guarantees that the technician will come as soon as the part is received. Good work Alex and I will recommend you to anyone who asks me.

When the time came to do the work, the same thing happened. They called me shortly before the appointment to tell me they "had a flat tire." Again, I was extremely suspicious and suspected I was being taken for a ride but I rebooked. When the technician finally showed up, he was incredibly unprepared. At one point, I actually had to get up on a ladder and help him position the opener. I'm an able-bodied person and so it wasn't a big deal for me, but what would happen if this person had to work with somebody who has mobility issues? The opener was massively overpriced. I paid $800 for an opener that only comes with a single remote. The integration with the key panel doesn't work anymore and the technician made no effort to rectify the issue. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. I would strongly urge you to seek out another company to handle any garage related issues that you run into.
