Calling to no avail. We would not recommend this business. We believe people are either relatives or people off the street but definitely not trained nor professional.

After a flood in our home, Steamy Concepts Remediation engaged Better Box Arizona to pack out and…read morestore our first floor furniture during repairs. Better Box was very prompt. Within 24 hours our furniture was out and stored in a safe location. The bad news is that Better Box was usuriously expensive. How expensive? $10,333.48 for moving and storing three rooms of furniture for two months. Yikes! Ok, a moving client can swallow a high cost in an emergency. In our case we had to get our furniture out of the house quickly. But for such a price we expected our furniture would be safely cared for by Better Box. But our possessions were NOT well cared for. When Better Box returned the furniture our home two months later there was substantial damage to our furnishings; Better Box claimed that a Stickley living room chair had a broken leg when they picked it up. It didn't; it was a new chair. Better box punched a hole in the back of a floor to ceiling wall cabinet and hid the hole by placing books in front of the hole. The legs of our dining room table were scraped in storage. Better Box bent a leg of metal floor lamp and placed the bent leg against the wall so we would miss the damage until after Better Box received our check. And on unloading our mesquite credenza, Better Box smashed the plasterboard of our kitchen. The manager reassured us that the Better Box repair team would come right over to fix the damage. Five months later we are still waiting for their team. So be very careful when dealing with Better Box. They are certainly fast, they have lots of moving people, who will descend on your home, pack you up and move your furniture quickly, but their fees are astronomical and they refuse to pay for the damage that they cause. Our conclusion - There are much better movers in Tucson. We will never use them again.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. Steer clear of this place!…read more My wife and I were interested in becoming foster parents, but didn't know where to start. We attended a meeting in which a number of different agencies were represented and we chose AmeriPsych (AP) because it was the agency closest to our house. Big mistake. We worked with an agent name Hailey, who seemed to want to do everything possible to keep from helping families take in kids in need: There was no contact from her whatsoever - every time we needed to know something, we had to call her and ask about what needed to be done; you would think that a professional agency in this field would reach out to new potential foster parents and offer some guidance through the process. No such luck with Hailey and AP. Most of the time we spoke with Hailey it seemed like she was annoyed at having to answer questions or actually work with a client. I got the feeling that she just wanted to be left alone. During our licensing course training, we encountered a number of other couples that said they had similar experiences with AP, and were switching agencies - "they don't communicate" seemed to be the common reason everyone gave. I think the company should make it their new slogan: "AmeriPsych - we won't communicate with our customers" A horrible place and experience considering how many children there are in the Tucson area that need help. They deserve better than this.
