Not only did he try to rip me off with his exorbitant pricing and misleading tactics but he misdiagnosed two problems. Jack couldn't find a black tank leak but did find the source of the leak, which he quickly repaired. 5 stars for Jack's Mobile RV Services. He helped change out the front shocks on our 2001 Minnie Winnie. This job would have been impossible for me, even though I was handy enough to upgrade the rear shocks and install 2 Bilstein stabilizer bars. We ended up breaking the top bolt on the old shock in order to remove it. (That likely saved 30 minutes on the actual install) Jack was on time, very personable and professional. His price was also quite reasonable considering his one hour travel time. We will be using him to upgrade our coach battery/ generator/ solar panel system as well as replace our shower pan. Before finding Jacks Mobile RV Services, it was always so hard to get someone out when I needed my trailer serviced. Other mobile RV companies would never answer or return calls/texts, or wouldn't show up. One company cancelled on me last minute because it was "raining" and about 3 drops of water had fallen from the sky. Another company showed up and needed to borrow a ladder, then they needed to borrow a screw driver, then they asked to use my cleaning supplies to clean up their mess lol. THANKFULLY I saw Jack working on an RV one day while driving through a neighborhood and I pulled over to get his info. I am a mobile dog groomer so when something breaks on my trailer I am out of work until it gets fixed so In the past it was always a frustrating situation to be in as it was so hard to find someone to come out. Jack is the best!!! I've been having electrical issues since I bought my rig (second hand) a couple of months ago. I had a breaker that would trip intermittently and I could not find the problem. My wife was ready to kill me. I contacted Jack late in the afternoon and told him I needed to get this problem fixed once and for all.
