At this particular Jack's, I stopped in for water and was very impressed: they have those huge square 1.5 Gallon jugs of good water for $1.79. What a deal! They squeegee thing next to my pump had plenty of window cleaner...that's a sign of a well-run gas station. I'm a fan!

Success! 2 minutes up the road is a very fine gas station with a convenience store and plenty of bagged ice. Perfect! The lady working the shop said it is owned by the same people that own the one on the corner of Hwy 155 & Grand Coulee Ave. Both are called "Jack's" but this one is called "Spring Canyon" because apparently Spring Canyon campground is nearby.

As soon as you walk inside stuff welcomes you with "hello welcome to loves". The place is easy to get in and out of right off I-90, which makes it convenient if you're just looking for a quick stop. The bathrooms were surprisingly clean. The store itself was stocked with the usual road-trip snacks, drinks, and travel gear. They've also got showers and a dog park, which is a nice touch if you're on the road with pets. There's a Carl's Jr. inside for when you want something more filling than gas-station food. Service was decent a couple staff were really friendly, others just kind of going through the motions, but nothing bad. I noticed was the wait times over at the truck care center. As usually, not truckstop fault that people want to take their breaks at the pump If you're rolling in with a rig and need repairs, you might be sitting for a while. For regular travelers though, fuel and quick food are smooth and easy. Overall, solid stop clean, convenient, and plenty of parking. Not perfect, but I'd definitely pull in here again when passing through Ritzville.

This location by far, has the BEST Dog Park that we have been to (in 5 states!) It has a large beautiful grassy area that is very CLEAN!! It does not reek of dog urine. There was a grounds keeper on site watering everything down, beautifying the area. He was very nice and pleasant (sorry didn't get his name. We talked about his 7 year old pup that has seizures) There are two sections of the Dog Park which was awesome! One section for small dogs that are 30lbs or less, and another for dogs that are 30lbs or larger. Our 6 month old pup, Sage is 45lbs and is extremely energetic & loves playing with other pups, however it was good that there was a gate separating the two sides, as she really wanted to play with a teeny tiny pup. It was better that she say hello through the fence instead. This area was very nice & the human restrooms were very clean & spotless as well! I'm really surprised not very many people gave this place a review, as they definitely deserve all the 5 star reviews!

The best thing about Love's is that they have large clean bathrooms with plenty of stalls! This one connected to a Subway, and others had different chains like Hardee's, etc. They had some hot dogs, taquitos etc in a warmer, and various snacks and drinks that are overpriced like your usual gas station. I also heard them announce that the shower is ready for someone, though i didn't check that option out.
