Our group was with Captain Jason and the other group was in another charter boat. Both Captains were very welcoming and helpful. Our whole group caught a total of 28 to 29 fish. The weather was amazing. The one boat had the fish fillet by the time they were back on shore. Our fish were done when we arrived on shore. Was all done and bagged within 15 mins. looking forward to some salmon and trout tonight! Would use Captain Jason again.

He called a few days before we went out to see if we could start an hour earlier because of the full moon effects. We got to see the sun rise and caught 8 fish.. cohos, rainbows and lake. My niece brought in a 22 pound coho and had a blast. Thanks to Jason and First Mate Ben for understanding that we wanted my niece to have fun rather than the pressure of bringing in a ton of fish. Spent this last Saturday morning out on the lake with Jim and Anita of Blue Max Charters! It was only a 5-10 min delay, but Jim & Anita tacked on an extra 30-45 minutes of fishing to make up for the delay! As a relatively inexperienced fisher, Jim was very informative and has a number of years of experience out on the lake. We caught a few large trout and some coho salmon! Was a ton of fun and Jim took care of all of the messy work and we left with some huge, delicious fish fillets! I would totally recommend Jim and Anita and hope I find some time to do this again!

We've fished with bigger outfits in Sheboygan and this felt less rushed and more friendly. We really liked that Jim encourages you to watch the lines and grab the pole if there's a fish on. So you're not just watching him do everything. We caught four fish and had four others get away while reeling them in so good action. Keep in mind a 5 hour trip is only about 3.5 hours of fishing with travel time and setting up the poles but that is the same for every charter service. Definitely recommended.

The morning of the trip, Capt Todd and his son/first mate Colin were right there at the boat at 6am on time, they were rigged and ready to go. They made us feel welcome and were genuinely concerned about making sure we got on some fish, plus they were terrific guys!!
