    A couple weeks ago I stopped in to look at pickup! I almost fell over when I seen the price and…read moremileage! They wouldn't let me hook up my diagnostic code reader saying it wouldn't work? I am an ASE mechanic and forgot more about vehicles than they will ever know. I looked around at a few other vehicles and couldn't help but laugh at what they were selling and how much they were asking! They told me I was being rude and disturbing other customers! I told them it was the BS they were trying to pass as decent cars that is disturbing! I told them they were a joke, I KNOW car values and CAR MART is at the very least 35% over priced!!! I laughed and told them I would just keep my Dodge pickup with 161,xxx miles, it was better and more dependable than anything they had! I would strongly advise against buying anything from these jokers!! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

I had bought mind and the day after I bought it the engine light came on, it ended up going back off for a couple of months just randomly. I don't know much about cars but I didn't think anything of it since it had gone off. When it came back on the second time, we hooked up the adapter to send us a diagnostic report. When I was called to let Car-Mart know what was wrong they dismissed everything that had shown up on the scanner AND what another mechanic ( not one they use) had said was wrong. After talking to the sales woman that I had felt with, she told me that they would have to have their mechanics look at it and that the scanners and other mechanics aren't always right. So I agreed to take it into Elite Automotive and have them look at it and fix it. It was a $100 deposit after they had fixed it. When I had called to see if they had looked at my car, they said they had and the part would be there Tuesday and it would be ready at latest Wednesday afternoon and that the issues had nothing to do with what the other mechanic and the scanner had said. Alright, cool I won't be out of a vehicle super long and maybe my mechanic just messed up. Wednesday afternoon comes, I hadn't heard anything from elite or Car-Mart so I gave it until Thursday morning to call. When I called I was told that after fixing the first issue there was a second issue and I wouldn't get it until Friday. Okay, well that's fine everyone makes mistakes, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I picked it up last Friday and it ran like normal. As of yesterday, I was driving in to pay my payment from Flippin and my engine light came on AGAIN. Not even a week after it had been fixed and paid for! I called the lady who sold me the vehicle and I explained that there was no way I was paying another $100 on top of my weekly car payment AGAIN to have it looked at. She told me to take it to Oreiley's and have them hook up their scanner and it would tell me exactly what was wrong with it and that it was probably just my gas cap. My vehicle doesn't not have a gas cap, and last time I said I have it LOOKED AT and SCANNED I was told I had to bring it in and that if we scanned it it normally was false. Okay? So why would I take it and get it rescanned if it's not correct? After taking it to get it scanned, I have every single issue that showed up last time plus more. I will not be buying another car from them again.
