Many commented that it was the best wedding buffet they had ever had. Paulina and her staff were so prepared; they were attentive to all our needs, we had plenty of food left after everyone ate, they were polite to all our guests and they left the kitchen spotless at the end of the night. I was very concerned about having a good caterer, as I have worked in the business myself. Paulina addressed all my concerns and assured me it would all be great. I believed her and she did not let me down. I would highly recommend her to all of my friends and family or anyone else looking for a caterer.

The staff bring everything in and set up all the food along with condiments. Our office really enjoys the Chicken with Wild Mushroom pasta, Beef Rouladen which is thinly sliced beef rolled up with a sauce and the turkey at Christmas time. The signature stuffing which is made with assorted bread, cranberry, apple, onion, celery and sage is also delicious! The baked tomatoes are juicy and so flavourful, and the cabbage rolls are tender. We also usually order the Asian Spinach Salad which has rice in it and different sandwiches for a lighter lunch option. The only item we think is too salty is the Homestyle Chili so I don't recommend it. During the Covid-19 pandemic, our office decided to order individual safe-serve meals for lunch. They offer quite a few selections and also delivered. A few people had the butter chicken with rice and cauliflower which was tasty but didn't have that much chicken in it. The stir fry chop box also did not contain enough meat. The beef rouladen with vegetables was good as usual. This catering company has a very nice selection and can supply lunch or dinner for your crowd no problem! Give them a try and you shouldn't be disappointed!

I really only need to say "cheddar bacon ale sauce drizzled over pulled pork"... But this is the one thing we would have gone bald for more of. The tastes were balanced, not overly salty, and the beer didn't over power the cheese. Apparently, the look on my face when I had my first bite was hilarious. We also tried the yorkies (I can't remember the name), and they were also good. I wasn't sure how having pickles and mushrooms in the meat was going to work, as I am a fan of neither, but I loved it. The chips on the side were a nice surprise, and I believe house made (although I could be wrong). We left the truck thinking, "Where the heck were these guys when we were planning our wedding?!?"
